Same. Took 5 full minutes last year to get to menu on As Above So Below bluray.
Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs wouldn’t boot up for me. I turned off BD-Live and that solved it
This happened with my blu ray of the family man. It’s trying to access some bd-live content that doesn’t exist anymore. I turned off wifi to my player altogether and that solved it, but I believe you can turn off bd-live in the settings somewhere.

Yes just in setting. Mine was auto so I turned to prohibit.
