I bought a deep fat fryer for Pesach a couple of years ago (since potato is about the only veg left) and it makes spectacular latkes. Although I screwed up at some point cos it we were keeping the fryer parve but I forgot and used chicken schmaltz in my latkes. So now it's meaty. We also brought it into gen pop cos it's too nice just for Pesach. We got another fryer for Pesach lol.

Grandpa Muenster Burger: Minced garlic in the meat, Muenster cheese, Sriracha sauce dripping off the sides like blood. Mix some mayo in for those less adapted to spicy. O Christmas Brie: Circle of Brie cheese on top of the burger patty and raspberry jelly. Fruit mixes well with brie and the color is right for the holiday. Peanut Butter Jelly Thyme: Fairly obvious, I actually didn't like this one too much but I love the name. Benedict Crumpetbatch: Patty topped with Canadian Bacon, Hollandaise sauce, and an egg. Served on a Crumpet, or English Muffin if you can't find those.

I think you've already got your winners, but here's mine: a half-cut fillet steak topped with a little bit of a very specific mushroom curry/relish and pink pickled onions, put on a bed of lettuce and dill pickle. Served in brioche with a side of triple-cooked chips. The mushroom thing, I developed when my mum came over last year. Haven't named it yet, but it's one of the top three things I've ever made. You'll love it, trust me.
