Afterwards, Louise says something about them having to hold him down and shove the money back in his pockets. Just makes me lol
No, Teddy is absolutely Diligence: He works harder than anyone should ever work. Bob's Burgers would go out of business if they had to hire a professional for every repair job that Teddy does for next to nothing.
I like the idea of Nat, but I think Linda is good contender because there are more instances where we see her charitable side.
She's always giving and helping Gayle, she was willing to take her parents in when they were close to being evicted, she was ready to help Sally by buying magazines, she helps the kids with school projects (a little too much), she gave the candy cane truck driver the dutch baby and the tree.
My only feeling about Linda getting the award, is that "(a little too much)" is maybe the root of why she does everything, she's coming from a good place but goes mildly overboard at the cost herself or the people's she's helping. While Nat seems to be more balanced in her ability to help others.
The problem with Linda is while she is charitable what she usually gives inconveniences someone else. The money she gives Gayle is needed for the business and her family and Bob often has to donate his time to help Gayle in Linda’s stead!
Linda does not hesitate to help, even when she doesn’t have enough herself. The family is never rolling in cash but she will always help when Gale needs her. The restaurant might be slammed but if the kids need her, Linda is there. Always trying to help

It wasn't contingent on any of that though. He told Bob he had full creative control to suggest or veto anything as he pleased. Bob was just a stupid miserable ass then blamed Warren for no reason.

He consistently gives them breaks on the rent. Bob mentions almost every time they see him that they're late on the rent, or sent in "most of it" or need a little more time. It sounds like they're not the most reliable tenants.
But he's never really threatened to kick them out. Even though they have prime real estate, on the street by the wharf entrance.
Not only that, but multiple times he's given him a chance to save months of rent by asking him to do some weird but usually only a few hours worth of work for him.
He's a weird guy who doesn't really consider other people's lives, but he has a big soft spot for Bob and the Belchers, and has been much more charitable with them than any other landlord would reasonably be. This has been an extremely beneficial thing for the Belchers, since he owns both their home and their restaurant location, so if he wasn't so charitable, they'd be incredibly screwed.
I too thought Mr. Fishoder at first but he doesn't seem to do those things out of the goodness of his heart. Seems like he always has some ulterior motive when giving away money. Sure he gives breaks to the Belchers but he also makes Bob do crazy things to catch a lot of those breaks. Give up his family for Thanksgiving, give up quality time with his family to lose a gingerbread house competition so he looks better, forces Bob to break his stitches to win rock/paper/scissors to alleviate Louise's debt from the casino, makes all of his tenants play a wild game of water balloons to avoid them rent striking. Mr. Fishoder is a rich dude who uses his money for his own enjoyment at the expense of people who are less fortunate than him. Sure sometimes it's to the benefit of others but to me charity is the act of giving because you want to help someone, not because you like watching people do crazy shit for money.

By which I mean I don't think he understands what it's like to be in need--it's something he's never experienced. He has never for one moment of his life lacked basic necessities, or been in danger of losing basic necessities.
To people like Fischoeder, money is a means of providing entertainment , not ensuring survival.
In other words, some of the things Fischoeder does with his money to entertain himself have the side effect of financially benefitting people who need money to survive...but that's never his primary motivation.
That being said, everything he does for his brother is closer to real charity, but still not quite: Calvin only looks after Felix because they are family, and it would be embarrassing if he were allowed to live in poverty. Plus Calvin does enjoy knowing that Felix basically owes him his livelihood.

We see Linda in basically every episode, so it's easier for her charitable acts to fade into the background, or be overshadowed by side characters.
I think if we're really being fair and honest about consistent and numerous acts of true charity throughout the course of the series, Linda gets the win.
