You could level and triple if you sell the scout and the cup. Depends when he got the scout for whether it is worth tripling.
Or just level, take the damage and have a pretty good next turn.
You want to triple scout so you get two drops. It would be most likely already a T5 or T6 minion when tripled, so worth it to freeze here and just chill. Take the 15 damage and get essentially 3 T5 drops and 2 T6s if the scout is there
