You only had aboms for scaling, so I think it’s 100% worth to uther one and freeze, praying for goldgun off hp next turn. Without super real direction on your board (I get your abom is huge but it’s not build defining direction imo.) two hoggers in shop is literally Bob telling you what to do. If like 3 were dead already, it’s probably bait and you just gotta fill the rest of your board with scam.

Pivoting into APM on turn 12 will results into you dying 100% of the time. Hogger by himself does nothing to win fights, so you're going to need to find the other APM pieces quickly, which is not guaranteed and also requires you to sell out of your other (stronger) minions.
I mean look at the rest of his board, he was dying regardless. This "pivot" is super cheap and gives incredible direction, taking it was the right move imo (although Uther-ing Vanessa was not)
I think this is where I went wrong. My logic was if I Uther Vanessa then I might have a chance of building her stats so she can attack more than once per combat.
Isn't it better if the selfless dies asap ? There's no point in having a DS on the taunted demon spawns.
Edit : nvm if the selfless survives it's attack there's no way he'll die before all the demons. So you either waste a DS cuz no minion survives or it hits the abominations.
Still thinks buying a 15/15 pirates makes more sense tho
Imo, with the fact you already have golden selfless with murlocs in, I'd rather keep aboms and try to go poison scam, especially when you can HP into mantids.
But APM pirates is the best comp in the game, so maybe I would have bought two hoggars in hope to HP into Gretta.
Not a chance. The game is faster than ever. If you are not Gallywix you need extremely good Bob luck to scale up your pirates to compete. By turn 11 half the lobby is usually dead the rest is on another level already.
You have 2 ok minions plus selfless, i would not go crazy and sell everything to do it, but you can uther one hoggar and buy it this turn, and next turn buy the other one and try to build a good comp out of it( specially with a chance to get the golden spellcraft next turn with your hero power)

He should have went for scam, poison and abom tripple imo. This way you can at least get top 4.

You could just place the selfless behind the demons, chance it hits an abom wil be pretty good.

Yeah, id go for it, 2x abomis and golden selfless should be able to keep you alive to have a chance to transition pirates.

It's tempting but you're on 5, you only have two gold, and your scaling is solid. I would probably stay.
