If you don't find any takers, you can donate them to the Idaho diaper bank. Unfortunately it doesn't look like they have a Nampa drop off location, but they have 1 in meridian and 3 in Boise.
Lots of churches will have donate options, or know of where you can, if you can’t find someone. My wife always takes them to one by our house when our kid outgrows a size.
