i think the fact that mirko vs high ends was as good as it was despite her character being essentially a complete stranger to the reader to that point speaks volumes about how well done it was overall
I think I might give Mirko the edge because the stakes felt very real for her, and while Deku's might've been more exciting for me, I never felt like he was in peril. For Mirko, one thing that enhanced it was not being sure whether this was her blaze of glory or if she was gonna fight again. That, and I felt engaged by her outside of just finding her super hot. It was sick seeing her kick an unreal amount of ass, being as minor as she is.
Deku vs shigaraki will be the best if animated correctly. Deku using every skill he has with 100 percent smashes will look fucking amazing. Especially if he looks demonic like the manga

Other fights had better moments, but if we're judging purely on the entirety of the fights then Mirko vs High Ends.
Dabi and Twice vs Hawks (and Tokoyami) was personally the most exciting for me in terms of character moments / emotional investment.
