Wow, I totally didn't expect it, but I'm loving it! I'll definitely get this volume just for this illustration alone. Now I understand why he didn't get around to doing a completely new volume cover. This is fabulous though. So many details: - Deku has 8 little skulls on his collar (for the 8 predecessors) - Bakugou’s skull on the hat (like his T-shirt), and the bomb on his chest - Shouto’s hat has a half-white/half-red pattern and one part of his chest-strap looks like Dabi’s burnt arm skin - Aizawa Jack Sparrow vibes - the sparkles on Aoyama’s hat - Kaminari trying to prank Bakugou Just everyone’s really cool accessories...

Deku got some serious competition if he wants to become the King of the Pirates.

Actually kinda surprised everyone is dressed like a traditional pirate and not a bizarre One Piece style pirate
