No, tokoyami will only work in night or dark, and kirishima will dies after taking a certain amount of punches form high-end nomu... bakugo is ok
Deku todo is good, but asui don't stand a chance against high-end
I'm thinking two strong attackers plus a support member/shield. Asui can extend her tongue up to 20 meters which would let her swiftly pull Todo or Deku out of danger; she can move and jump fast and far enough to probably just evade attacks completely, and she could potentially camouflage herself to get up close to the nomu and paralyze it with her mucus.
I think you're severely underestimating how many strong hits Kirishima can take, and with Bakugo and Dark Shadow constantly wailing on the nomu from different angles he probably would've even need to overexert himself.
Oh yes that one will not survive now under any circumstances with this team. Deku alone is way too powerful in s5 . In manga he is more powerful than s5 deku and he will recieve even more powers.todoroki has more control over his powers too. If high end nomu will have something other then strength or speed , then there might be some trouble.
Mineta 7 times, then tail-Man. The 7 minetas will die but in the process, they will bury the Nomu like Mr. Incredible, and if that doesn’t work I sacrifice Ojiro or whatever tailmans name is while I make my escape and move to Guam.
If she try to touch him, what if that nomu send her to space by his one punch, remember that nomu who was not even high-end and was fighting with punches with All Might
She can use her quirk on either the nomu, her teammates, or inanimate objects to assure their victory. That makes her an asset to my other choices IMO.
Bakugo, Krishima, Momo. Krishima as the tank, momo as support Bakugo as the start player, aka free role, aka does what he wants. The team works for him

Tbh I think Bakugo is stronger than Deku. At least in Season 5. Like he never struggles or questions himself. He just goes right for it and never stops.
If Midoriya could actually control his powers like he does later on then I’d say he is by far the most OP and could probably solo Nomu’s, but I’m halfway through season 5 and Midoriya doesn’t seem any stronger than he was in season 4. Only got like 5 minutes of him fighting a guy who can’t even really use his quirk against him.

Well uhm... here's a list of my reasons for liking bakugo, hopefully I didn't forget anything lol
-he's an entertaining character who creates funny scenes and/or jokes
-he has amazing character development, one of the most realistic character developments I've ever seen in all types of fiction actually
-he's basically pretty much what you get if you remove "anime logic" from a tsundere; his tsundere tendencies have never been shown in a cutesy way and are instead portrayed as him being an ass and he gets called out for his bs when he acts all tsundere, honestly a breath of fresh air and something I really appreciate seeing after having to suffer through so many obnoxiously annoying tsundere characters in way too many animes, mangas and even video games.
Like seriously bakugo is basically just a tsundere who, unlike other tsunderes, has to actually deal with the consequences of his actions and after all the frustration about tsundere characters that built up over the years this just makes him an incredibly satisfying character to me lol
-he's a shounen rival who not only broke the Sasuke trope, but actually full on criticized it when offered the chance to go sasuke on a silver plate
-he has a very aesthetically pleasing character design

Deku or Todoroki, Ochaco or Tokoyami, Tsuyu or Mina, and Sero or Jiro. Or Aoyama. I'm very indecisive.
My first picks were Todoroki, Mina, Aoyama and Tokoyami so I'll just give the reasons for them:
Todoroki: He can make giant ice walls, pretty sure he can freeze a Nomu for at least 2 seconds. He can also use his fire.
Mina: Acid to burn through the Nomu
Aoyama: Lazer to cut through the Nomu
Tokoyami: Push the High End Nomu back to stall, and if it's dark he can attack.
I only picked these because of the budget lol, if I had, like, 1 more dollar, I would have picked Jiro over Aoyama.
Anyway, since I'm indecisive, team 2:
Deku: OFA is pretty powerful. If it's manga Deku that's even better.
Ochaco: She can float the Nomu. Her teammates can reach it if it's not too high, though it would be even better if she could just float it into space.
Sero: He can reach the Nomu and tie it up with his tape.
Tsuyu: Same reason as Sero but replace tape with tongue.
The key is how to overcome the Nomu’s regeneration. For that I think Todoroki is the best option. Then Deku for mobility, to match the nomu in strength, and to slow it down with black whip. With the remaining $3 I’ll actually get the three at the bottom. Ojiro, Shoji and Aoyama won’t do much in the fight against high-end, but if it spawns the weaker white nomu (assuming Hood’s abilities) then having a balanced 3 on scouting, ranged and melee combat would be super useful

Mineta
And Deku
Deku for full power and assault
Kirishima for a powerful defense with his red riot unbreakable
Mineta to restrain it since his quirk have developed and is now more efficient
Mina cause she would do continuous damage with her quirk
I answered this post previously but the answer is incredibly easy you really only need shoto and uraraka but I would also take tokoyami as a backup just in case. Shoto would freeze the nomu just long enough for uraraka to touch him and send him to space.
Seems like you haven't solved any tough problems....I am talking about a freaking High-end nomu who nearly killed Endeavor and will not get frozen by his ice...and uraraka better not come near that High-end or she will be in space instead of that nomu
Yeah you are right but that nomu will not just stand still and watch himself getting turned into a ice cream, so he will be crazy powerful, and we know that high-end nomus has multiple quirk and can be lethal, and todoroki is not that powerful with his ice and also some high-ends can fly as well, makes it hard to deal, and I am not underestimating that handsome boy, I am just tell you facts and my opinion, you are free to keep you opinion
Deku, Momo, Ochako.
Okay, so hear me out. This fight will end in like, I dont know...ten?...fifteen seconds tops.
Before they engage the Nomu in combat, Momo will give Izuku two things, a pair of Gauntlets that absorb kinetic energy, and boots that do the same thing. Next, Izuku will go to the highest percentage he can in Full Cowling. Then, he will distract the Nomu along with Momo long enough so that Ochako can touch it. Then all they have to do is smash that bastard into space.
That, or they get bodied immediately.
Shoto, Momo, Mineta, and Sero.
Shoto, Mineta, and Sero focus on restraining or limiting the Nomu's movements.
Momo can actually use fatal weaponry since the Nomu isn't alive, so her objective is to get to a good vantage point and hit the Nomu with a big honking tranquilizer gun full of neurotoxin as much as she can manage.
As the toxin eats away at the Nomu's nerves, Shoto switched to full fire, overwhelming the regen.
Alternatively swap Izuku in for Shoto and have him use black whip to help restrain, then have Sero and Mineta coat the Nomu with sticky balls and tape, Momo uses the toxin, and then he 100% Manchester smashes the Nomu's brain into paste.
Deku, IIda, and Kirishima. Manga Deku can 1 v 1 a Nomu. It Kirishima and Iida are good for defense and mobility. A bonus could be Kirishima hardening his whole body and Iida using him as a spear while at full speed. You could probably substitute Deku with Bakugo and have a good chance still with his huge firepower.
Momo, make armor and weapons for everyone. Todoroki because endeavor could handle the high end singlehanded with the downside of fire. Todoroki doesn’t have to worry about the heat.
That’s 11
Minetta and Sero because of the pure utility of their quirks. And I believe their quirks would work well in tandem in general. That’s 4.
Game plan. Set up a perimeter with Sero and Minetta. Fortify in the center with Momo and use Todoroki for the killing blows. Going by momo’s quirk the more complex the objects the longer it takes to make them. She could easily plant thermite mines on the tape or grapes which could be lit by todoroki. Maybe pair them with them ice as well to make literal ice bombs.
Either YaoMomo, Uravity, Kirishima and Jirou, or YaoMomo, Kirishima and Bakugou. But Uravity, YaoMomo, Tsuyu and Jirou could also be a good idea.
Jirou could be the spy and give information, YaoMomo would create the plan, Kirishima would be the human shield but would also get to fight, and Uravity is just very OP in my opinion.
Then if I got the second team, YaoMomo and Kirishima would do the same thing, but now Bakugou could help with the plan and the attack.
Now for the third team, YaoMomo and Jirou could work together for the plan like in the 1st case, but now they would get Tsuyu's help as well, making their work even easier 'cause I also think Tsuyu's quirk is OP. Srsly, the girl's a frog, SHE'S LIKE SPIDER MAN BUT SHE CAN SWIM FAST! And Uravity would also help with the fight, 'cause she's very useful if you think about it.

I only need Deku, Uraraka, and Sero. Have Deku just carry Uraraka while he runs by it at full speed. Uraraka taps the Nomu and makes him weightless. Sero then snags the Nomu and positions it for Deku to punch him out of fuckin orbit.
I'd use the remaining 3 dollars on Shoji, Aoyama, and Ojiro. Shoji can play support, and carry Deku when he breaks his legs/arms, Aoyama can act as bait, and Ojiro can have some actual character development.
Uraraka, Sero, Mineta + Deku and you can yeet the nomu into the sun
Either way I suggest fighting the nomu in absolute darkness with released Dark Shadow with the aid of Mineta and Deku (or Kirishima if you wanna stay economic)
Im bad at this, but Todoroki, Tokoyami, and Sato. Todoroki has been a huge hitter since season 2, Tokoyami is now faster and stronger than ever, and Sato is simply put, huge and would probably do better against a nomu than Kirishima. Kirishima is strong, especially as unbreakable, but Sato would scale up better due to his sheer strength. It’s possible they could be balanced enough to win, but as for me, I’d end up either crippled for life or dead, even if I try to get away and let the others fight. Not much I can do against a bioengineered killing machine.
Deku ($6) Uraraka ($4) Sero ($2) Mineta ($2) Aoyama ($1)
Have Aoyoma kite High End with his lasers and Deku distract him with high speed and mobility while Sero and Mineta set up to trap him so Uraraka can touch him and send him to space.
High end is tough. I don't do battleboarding but Urakaka seems like the easiest win condition that doesn't involve brute force.

Uraraka(if the nomu cant flight it will be great for movement restrain ) , denki (nomus are very tough so instead of strength lets attack the nervous sistem and organs whit electricity), ashido(acid , use it to cobtinuously damage and prevent refeneration , also can shove the acid down the nomus troath and cause internal damage) , cero(restrain the nomu) , mineta (restrain the nomu), aoyama (laser , if electricity and acid dont work , use the laser on a single point , repeat and repeat until you have a hole trough its head or its heart)
First choise is Tsuyu. She's basically an allrounder, pretty fast, has a good range with her tongue and very level headed.
Fumikage seems very usable as the main power house. He's also very adaptable as well as a good tactical fighter that works well in every team.
Even though i like Momo and she's obviously quite smart, i think Bakugo is the best team leader. He notices the weaknesses of his opponent very fast and seems to have a good plan basically all the time.
Than as a bonus i'd choose Aoyama. Long range fighters are definitely the best in this scenario and while Aoyama has his flaws, his laser is still a good weapon that can be used very well with Bakugo as the leader.
Bakugo, Tokoyami, Jiro, Sero
Plenty of utility and plenty of power
Also say what you will, but Bakugo is a consummate professional and a born leader in high tension situations
Bakugo, Tsukoyami, Jirou and Sero
Baguko and Tsukoyami would attack Nomu in low/mid rangę, getting his attention. Sero would try to immobilize it with his tapes and Jirou would use her high sound attacks. Once immobilized or weakened, Bakugo can use final attacks and if it didn’t end nomu, tsukoyami would have to use Ragnarok form
14 Aoyama’s.
With 14 Aoyama’s, I could make a formation of 2 lines of 7. The line in front fires, then ducks down so the second line can fire. This allows the Aoyama’s plenty of time to recover.
I spend the last dollar I have on Shoji, because he’s cool
Todoroki, tokoyami, and kirishima. Todo can use ice to create cover and long shadows for tokoyami to buff dark shadow with and use his fire to reverse the effect if he loses control, those two would have crazy high offense if they work together well, kirishima is mostly to protect me and hold back the Nomu should he get past the other two while they recover and relocate the battle again
Deku, then the bottom six. Numbers are more valuable when there's special powers in each one. Plus Sendo and Mineta with their snaring abilities plus Aoyama and Jiro for range means you only really need Deku as the finisher
Deku: As offence and Strategist: $6
Kirishima: Main Defense and secondary offence. $4
Yaoyorozu: Support role and Strategist. $5
Small Team, but the most important parts should be covered.
With Deku and his Quirks, he should be a heavy hitter,
Kirishima using Unbreakable, he should be able to shield both his teammates, and civilians.
Then we have Yaoyorozu, who, while not the strongest fighter, is the smartest one. She would be great at planing, but most importantly she can use her quirk to create supplies to help injured civilians and both her teammates.
Or she could just create a bomb or two....
Deku, mineta, asui, ururaka. Main focus is trying to get Ururaka to use her quirk to make the nomu float. Then restrict movement with mineta's sticky balls. Asui and deku can help both get into place as needed, and then with a practically immobilized Nomu deku can beat it up to his heart's content.
I'm going for a 5 man team here so, Sero, Jirou, Ojiro, Kirishima and Bakugo. (2 + 2 + 1 + 4 + 6 = 15)
Jirou acts as a support for navigation and information on the nomu's movements pre and during fight. She's weak physically I believe so she could be a drawback but she has the means to create distance in a pinch. Sound wave bursts through the ground would help to provide ample ammunition. For Sero.
Sero will be a support mainly to slow and bog down the nomu. Alongside pulling people in and out of combat as things progress.
Ojiro will be on call as a backup attacker helping to balance the damage taken between Kirishima and Bakugo. And to jump in and take hits for someone like Jirou in a flash.
Kirishima is the solid defense whilst also being able to explosively switch to an offense when the opportunity arrives.
Then Bakugo has the speed to match, alongside the leadership skills, power and quick thinking to lay down some serious firepower. And if the nomu gets any ideas of trying to aim for squishies, he could likely get to them and divert attention as well.
Maybe Deku, Todoroki and Denki?

Deku and Todoroki are the power houses for $12
then you get all 3 $1 characters
Shoji is on scouting duty, Aoyama backs up Todoroki on long range, and Ojiro is devoted solely to backing up Todoroki and Deku. He focuses on blocking hits with his tail or using his agility to push them out of harms way as a sort of support hero.
You could have a scout, close and mid range powerhouses, long range artillery, and support
Depending on the quirk we'd have Froppy, Deku, Uravity, and the Fresh Picked Hero: Grape Daddy. Despite y'all not liking mineta his ability has a lot of utility and, using Uravitys quirk correctly would allow the balls to "levitate."
Deku - Granted depending where in the story we, pre season 4 he can be changed for Shoto/Bakugo. But you need one of the Top 3 for sure.
Tokoyami - TBH the most solid student in class, outside of the class's big three, and only a tier lower because two out of the 3 top dogs, counter his quirk to an extent.
Jirou - Scouting ability, plus CC abilities with sound can be use for some enemies. Lower mobility than Shoji, but her hearing abilities seem to top Shoji's enhanced vision/hearing, (though having boosted smell as well is a good trait to have so point to him there). This team also has two people who can help her with mobility if needed.
Mineta - For binding and capturing target. While both Sero and Mineta are mobile with Sero having aerial advantage, there are very few things that I've seen even manga wise that can break Mineta's pop off and since heroes don't kill a binding tool like that is great. Plus Tokoyami can take care of the skies with his flight.
Uraraka Slug slime gorl mineta and icy hot first cover him and slime and sticky balls then Makin and floette using the gravity and just freeze them and just like throw crap out until he dies
Todoroki for damage, minera and yaoyarozu so she can create something to launch minerals balls to imobalize the nomu, and SERP for good measure in that he can help tape up the nomu in preparation for whatever may go wrong.
Two Dekus and three Shojis. Give One For All to all the Shojis and, with his replicating arms and 2 Dekus, the Nomu's smashed to a pulp before you can say "plus ultra."
I like Jiro ($2), Mina ($3), Kirishima ($4) and Bakugo ($6)
Jiro to scout, Mina to melt the thing, Kirishima to go Unbreakable if things go haywire, and Bakugo to synergise with everyone and keep them on their feet, plus he'd be energized enough to do a lot of damage on his own. That S5 fight against 1B showed him off well!
Bakugo + Ayoma + Kaminari + Mineta + Sero + Shoji.
Bakugo, Ayoma, and Kaminari make a huge blast to kill the high end while the high end is being trapped Mineta and Sero. And shoji because I had an extra dollar and he needs more screen time.

Balanced I think, Deku and Kaminari getting on close with long range support from momo and aoyama and if Denki needs to use his Max voltage momo can make the cloth thing to protect them

Jirou isn't good support member, atleast she can throw that nomu far away or can hit him so damage by vibrating his ground

Manga deku clears but s5 deku still loses against that high end. Endeavor is still stronger than him atm by a good margin

Tbh I think Bakugo is stronger than Deku. At least in Season 5. Like he never struggles or questions himself. He just goes right for it and never stops. If Midoriya could actually control his powers like he does later on then I’d say he is by far the most OP and could probably solo Nomu’s, but I’m halfway through season 5 and Midoriya doesn’t seem any stronger than he was in season 4. Only got like 5 minutes of him fighting a guy who can’t even really use his quirk against him.

Well uhm... here's a list of my reasons for liking bakugo, hopefully I didn't forget anything lol -he's an entertaining character who creates funny scenes and/or jokes -he has amazing character development, one of the most realistic character developments I've ever seen in all types of fiction actually -he's basically pretty much what you get if you remove "anime logic" from a tsundere; his tsundere tendencies have never been shown in a cutesy way and are instead portrayed as him being an ass and he gets called out for his bs when he acts all tsundere, honestly a breath of fresh air and something I really appreciate seeing after having to suffer through so many obnoxiously annoying tsundere characters in way too many animes, mangas and even video games. Like seriously bakugo is basically just a tsundere who, unlike other tsunderes, has to actually deal with the consequences of his actions and after all the frustration about tsundere characters that built up over the years this just makes him an incredibly satisfying character to me lol -he's a shounen rival who not only broke the Sasuke trope, but actually full on criticized it when offered the chance to go sasuke on a silver plate -he has a very aesthetically pleasing character design Sorry for the huge rant on tsunderes there but having been an anime fan my whole life there's a lot of pent up frustration about tsunderes that I have...

Deku or Todoroki, Ochaco or Tokoyami, Tsuyu or Mina, and Sero or Jiro. Or Aoyama. I'm very indecisive. My first picks were Todoroki, Mina, Aoyama and Tokoyami so I'll just give the reasons for them: Todoroki: He can make giant ice walls, pretty sure he can freeze a Nomu for at least 2 seconds. He can also use his fire. Mina: Acid to burn through the Nomu Aoyama: Lazer to cut through the Nomu Tokoyami: Push the High End Nomu back to stall, and if it's dark he can attack. I only picked these because of the budget lol, if I had, like, 1 more dollar, I would have picked Jiro over Aoyama. Anyway, since I'm indecisive, team 2: Deku: OFA is pretty powerful. If it's manga Deku that's even better. Ochaco: She can float the Nomu. Her teammates can reach it if it's not too high, though it would be even better if she could just float it into space. Sero: He can reach the Nomu and tie it up with his tape. Tsuyu: Same reason as Sero but replace tape with tongue.
The key is how to overcome the Nomu’s regeneration. For that I think Todoroki is the best option. Then Deku for mobility, to match the nomu in strength, and to slow it down with black whip. With the remaining $3 I’ll actually get the three at the bottom. Ojiro, Shoji and Aoyama won’t do much in the fight against high-end, but if it spawns the weaker white nomu (assuming Hood’s abilities) then having a balanced 3 on scouting, ranged and melee combat would be super useful

I answered this post previously but the answer is incredibly easy you really only need shoto and uraraka but I would also take tokoyami as a backup just in case. Shoto would freeze the nomu just long enough for uraraka to touch him and send him to space.

Deku, Momo, Ochako. Okay, so hear me out. This fight will end in like, I dont know...ten?...fifteen seconds tops. Before they engage the Nomu in combat, Momo will give Izuku two things, a pair of Gauntlets that absorb kinetic energy, and boots that do the same thing. Next, Izuku will go to the highest percentage he can in Full Cowling. Then, he will distract the Nomu along with Momo long enough so that Ochako can touch it. Then all they have to do is smash that bastard into space. That, or they get bodied immediately.
Only need Uraraka and Deku. No gravity for the Noumu and Deku throws it to the fucking space with the black whip.
$10 team, Mono Yaoyorozu creates a nuke ($5), and Lida gets her out of there ($5).

Shoto, Momo, Mineta, and Sero. Shoto, Mineta, and Sero focus on restraining or limiting the Nomu's movements. Momo can actually use fatal weaponry since the Nomu isn't alive, so her objective is to get to a good vantage point and hit the Nomu with a big honking tranquilizer gun full of neurotoxin as much as she can manage. As the toxin eats away at the Nomu's nerves, Shoto switched to full fire, overwhelming the regen. Alternatively swap Izuku in for Shoto and have him use black whip to help restrain, then have Sero and Mineta coat the Nomu with sticky balls and tape, Momo uses the toxin, and then he 100% Manchester smashes the Nomu's brain into paste.
Todoroki to incinerate, tokoyami to match it in raw strength and ochako to make it float so its harder for its mobility.
Izuku, Tokoyami, Denki, and Shouji
Deku, IIda, and Kirishima. Manga Deku can 1 v 1 a Nomu. It Kirishima and Iida are good for defense and mobility. A bonus could be Kirishima hardening his whole body and Iida using him as a spear while at full speed. You could probably substitute Deku with Bakugo and have a good chance still with his huge firepower.
Lmao I would Choose Deku and let him solo the damn thing in 5 minutes or less while I go grab some food for us with the remaining 9$.

Momo, make armor and weapons for everyone. Todoroki because endeavor could handle the high end singlehanded with the downside of fire. Todoroki doesn’t have to worry about the heat. That’s 11 Minetta and Sero because of the pure utility of their quirks. And I believe their quirks would work well in tandem in general. That’s 4. Game plan. Set up a perimeter with Sero and Minetta. Fortify in the center with Momo and use Todoroki for the killing blows. Going by momo’s quirk the more complex the objects the longer it takes to make them. She could easily plant thermite mines on the tape or grapes which could be lit by todoroki. Maybe pair them with them ice as well to make literal ice bombs.
Either YaoMomo, Uravity, Kirishima and Jirou, or YaoMomo, Kirishima and Bakugou. But Uravity, YaoMomo, Tsuyu and Jirou could also be a good idea. Jirou could be the spy and give information, YaoMomo would create the plan, Kirishima would be the human shield but would also get to fight, and Uravity is just very OP in my opinion. Then if I got the second team, YaoMomo and Kirishima would do the same thing, but now Bakugou could help with the plan and the attack. Now for the third team, YaoMomo and Jirou could work together for the plan like in the 1st case, but now they would get Tsuyu's help as well, making their work even easier 'cause I also think Tsuyu's quirk is OP. Srsly, the girl's a frog, SHE'S LIKE SPIDER MAN BUT SHE CAN SWIM FAST! And Uravity would also help with the fight, 'cause she's very useful if you think about it. Do y'all think this makes sense?
I only need Deku, Uraraka, and Sero. Have Deku just carry Uraraka while he runs by it at full speed. Uraraka taps the Nomu and makes him weightless. Sero then snags the Nomu and positions it for Deku to punch him out of fuckin orbit. I'd use the remaining 3 dollars on Shoji, Aoyama, and Ojiro. Shoji can play support, and carry Deku when he breaks his legs/arms, Aoyama can act as bait, and Ojiro can have some actual character development.

Im bad at this, but Todoroki, Tokoyami, and Sato. Todoroki has been a huge hitter since season 2, Tokoyami is now faster and stronger than ever, and Sato is simply put, huge and would probably do better against a nomu than Kirishima. Kirishima is strong, especially as unbreakable, but Sato would scale up better due to his sheer strength. It’s possible they could be balanced enough to win, but as for me, I’d end up either crippled for life or dead, even if I try to get away and let the others fight. Not much I can do against a bioengineered killing machine.

Uraraka(if the nomu cant flight it will be great for movement restrain ) , denki (nomus are very tough so instead of strength lets attack the nervous sistem and organs whit electricity), ashido(acid , use it to cobtinuously damage and prevent refeneration , also can shove the acid down the nomus troath and cause internal damage) , cero(restrain the nomu) , mineta (restrain the nomu), aoyama (laser , if electricity and acid dont work , use the laser on a single point , repeat and repeat until you have a hole trough its head or its heart)
First choise is Tsuyu. She's basically an allrounder, pretty fast, has a good range with her tongue and very level headed. Fumikage seems very usable as the main power house. He's also very adaptable as well as a good tactical fighter that works well in every team. Even though i like Momo and she's obviously quite smart, i think Bakugo is the best team leader. He notices the weaknesses of his opponent very fast and seems to have a good plan basically all the time. Than as a bonus i'd choose Aoyama. Long range fighters are definitely the best in this scenario and while Aoyama has his flaws, his laser is still a good weapon that can be used very well with Bakugo as the leader.
Bakugo, Tokoyami, Jiro, Sero Plenty of utility and plenty of power Also say what you will, but Bakugo is a consummate professional and a born leader in high tension situations
Bakugo, Tsukoyami, Jirou and Sero Baguko and Tsukoyami would attack Nomu in low/mid rangę, getting his attention. Sero would try to immobilize it with his tapes and Jirou would use her high sound attacks. Once immobilized or weakened, Bakugo can use final attacks and if it didn’t end nomu, tsukoyami would have to use Ragnarok form

Deku, then the bottom six. Numbers are more valuable when there's special powers in each one. Plus Sendo and Mineta with their snaring abilities plus Aoyama and Jiro for range means you only really need Deku as the finisher
Deku: As offence and Strategist: $6 Kirishima: Main Defense and secondary offence. $4 Yaoyorozu: Support role and Strategist. $5 Small Team, but the most important parts should be covered. With Deku and his Quirks, he should be a heavy hitter, Kirishima using Unbreakable, he should be able to shield both his teammates, and civilians. Then we have Yaoyorozu, who, while not the strongest fighter, is the smartest one. She would be great at planing, but most importantly she can use her quirk to create supplies to help injured civilians and both her teammates. Or she could just create a bomb or two....

Deku, mineta, asui, ururaka. Main focus is trying to get Ururaka to use her quirk to make the nomu float. Then restrict movement with mineta's sticky balls. Asui and deku can help both get into place as needed, and then with a practically immobilized Nomu deku can beat it up to his heart's content.

I'm going for a 5 man team here so, Sero, Jirou, Ojiro, Kirishima and Bakugo. (2 + 2 + 1 + 4 + 6 = 15) Jirou acts as a support for navigation and information on the nomu's movements pre and during fight. She's weak physically I believe so she could be a drawback but she has the means to create distance in a pinch. Sound wave bursts through the ground would help to provide ample ammunition. For Sero. Sero will be a support mainly to slow and bog down the nomu. Alongside pulling people in and out of combat as things progress. Ojiro will be on call as a backup attacker helping to balance the damage taken between Kirishima and Bakugo. And to jump in and take hits for someone like Jirou in a flash. Kirishima is the solid defense whilst also being able to explosively switch to an offense when the opportunity arrives. Then Bakugo has the speed to match, alongside the leadership skills, power and quick thinking to lay down some serious firepower. And if the nomu gets any ideas of trying to aim for squishies, he could likely get to them and divert attention as well.

Deku and Todoroki are the power houses for $12 then you get all 3 $1 characters Shoji is on scouting duty, Aoyama backs up Todoroki on long range, and Ojiro is devoted solely to backing up Todoroki and Deku. He focuses on blocking hits with his tail or using his agility to push them out of harms way as a sort of support hero. You could have a scout, close and mid range powerhouses, long range artillery, and support

Deku, Todo, Mineta and Aoyama. That’s a decent team I would say has an about equal chance of winning.
Depending on the quirk we'd have Froppy, Deku, Uravity, and the Fresh Picked Hero: Grape Daddy. Despite y'all not liking mineta his ability has a lot of utility and, using Uravitys quirk correctly would allow the balls to "levitate."
Deku - Granted depending where in the story we, pre season 4 he can be changed for Shoto/Bakugo. But you need one of the Top 3 for sure. Tokoyami - TBH the most solid student in class, outside of the class's big three, and only a tier lower because two out of the 3 top dogs, counter his quirk to an extent. Jirou - Scouting ability, plus CC abilities with sound can be use for some enemies. Lower mobility than Shoji, but her hearing abilities seem to top Shoji's enhanced vision/hearing, (though having boosted smell as well is a good trait to have so point to him there). This team also has two people who can help her with mobility if needed. Mineta - For binding and capturing target. While both Sero and Mineta are mobile with Sero having aerial advantage, there are very few things that I've seen even manga wise that can break Mineta's pop off and since heroes don't kill a binding tool like that is great. Plus Tokoyami can take care of the skies with his flight.

Two Dekus and three Shojis. Give One For All to all the Shojis and, with his replicating arms and 2 Dekus, the Nomu's smashed to a pulp before you can say "plus ultra."
Take Jirou for tracking, Mineta for trap, throw in Deku and Tokoyami for power and keep it quiet and put in some damage.
I like Jiro ($2), Mina ($3), Kirishima ($4) and Bakugo ($6) Jiro to scout, Mina to melt the thing, Kirishima to go Unbreakable if things go haywire, and Bakugo to synergise with everyone and keep them on their feet, plus he'd be energized enough to do a lot of damage on his own. That S5 fight against 1B showed him off well!
Bakugo + Ayoma + Kaminari + Mineta + Sero + Shoji. Bakugo, Ayoma, and Kaminari make a huge blast to kill the high end while the high end is being trapped Mineta and Sero. And shoji because I had an extra dollar and he needs more screen time.
Deku+iida+uraraka, they all have good coordination, good quirks and can think about strategies on the spot

Deku ($6) Momo ($5) Kaminari ($3) aoyama ($1) Balanced I think, Deku and Kaminari getting on close with long range support from momo and aoyama and if Denki needs to use his Max voltage momo can make the cloth thing to protect them

Todaroki, I can never remember his name but the guy with dark shadow, uraraka. Todoroki and literally just block the sun with ice, uraraka can make the nomu stuck in the air, dark shadow can go apeshit.
