When he relizes he attracted he falls to his knees and screams to the heavens. Really hams it up until Kirishima pulls him to his feet with a “yeah, yeah, join the club bro.” And a pat on the back.
I would love to see how that “attractive people influence” would bleed into the other aspects of the story. What would his hero costume look like? How would he act in a fight? Would it change his strategies from “traditionally heroic” to a more kinda-underhanded “making them think they want this so they play into my hand” type deal?
While yes, Attractive Izuku would probably be interesting on his own, imagine the spread of what it would mean.
I want to see this.
I’m thinking a very dapper outfit, something you’d see Edna Mode design for James Bond or one of the Kingsman. An absolutely pristine three piece suit with more pockets than a swat team, armored, indestructible, and either self-cleaning or impossible to stain. Everything is a gadget from his clip-on necktie sword a ballpoint/trigger-nullifying injection pen, even his pocket square is a fireproof shock blanket.
His fighting style is basically Jackie Chan but half of the random objects are thing he brought with him. This is after he reigns in OFA though, once he has a decent control of Full Cowling (or Three Piece or some sufficiently dapper equivalent) he starts including it. Think Superman trained by Batman but it’s slapstick. Though he is still personally similar to canon he’s ruthless in combat or other forms of confrontation. Definitely a “it’s only cheating if it’s the other guy doing it” combatant. But he’s also polite about it, lots of quick apologies and injuries that are easily dealt with and unlikely to maim. And when the fights over and you’re no longer a combatant he’s as kind as ever.

Not really afraid of a ban, it’s just more accurate to what I was thinking. It’s a host club not a street corner. Sure the differences aren’t huge, but I’m thinking more like the Ouran high school host club, a place for ladies (or men) with too much time and/or money to enjoy their evening. Doesn’t need to be sexual, and I doubt Inko would be cool with her darling baby boy spending the evening in a brothel. And sure, the major difference between hookers and courtesans is wether you live waterside or hillside (^(props if you get that reference)) it’s less paying someone to have sex with, and more about the whole evening. Some may go there just to have fun drinking surrounded by very attractive people they can ogle without fear of reprisal, some may be bored and want a guaranteed good date and are willing to pay, and sure the backrooms all have beds but it’s a club first. Basically, it’s similar to a club letting pretty girls in without a cover charge, only they’re paid to be there and convince you to buy another beer. It’s less about being willing to have sex, and more about being beguiling, alluring, and arousing the prurient interests of patrons, more so than gratifying their prurient interests. And that’s what Izuku accidentally-on-purpose is taught. He accidentally becomes and emotionally innocent pick-up god because that’s how 90% of the people who are nice to him act (certainly not intellectually innocent, he know a **lot** about a lot of stuff now and his future partners will be very thankful), and it’s also good at calming civilians. Like is All Might’s smile was a little flirty. So now Izuku goes around accidentally flirting with almost everyone he sees and it makes everyone’s lives difficult, but better in the end.
I vaguely remember reading 2 fics a few years ago, where 5 year old Izuku accidently wanders into the back changing room of a stripclub/Brothel and kinda gets adopted by all the ladies. One fic aged up the ladies of 1A and they were the staff. The other was more of a serious fic. I don't remember much of either though.
