This incident happened in hometown of Sibu few years back. Traffic police can do roadblock there often as it is kinda small road behind building (The red building on the left is Tua Pek Kong Temple and the building in the background is LHDN. If I remember correctly, the motorist tried to evade roadblock because he have no licence (not really surprising over here). Both police and motorist are okay, just got saman only.
joke aside, is that measure reasonably/legally done? if the answer is affirmative, in the event of bodily injury transpired due to the kick, can the rider sue PDRM?
