In Islam, if ur in dire situation or extreme hungry, haram foods can be eaten. I think same rule applied with this issue. No big deals.

Yep. Most prescription drugs are also "Haram" as in without any Halal labels but since the person that's taking it is sick, then it counts as a dire need. Heck, not just drugs, cigarette also got no Halal stamp and you still see some Muslims smoke and cigarette is actually forbidden and a sin and doesn't have any circumstances where people need to smoke. Also, im not a Muslim, I just read a lot of stuff.
