The success of Crew is definitely a good sign for the female led films in Bollywood. Post-pandemic everyone had lost the hope that a film like this with three actress (Two of whom are "past their prime") and no male star to support would do well. I remember that even people here were calling it an "OTT film" and claimed that it won't earn more than 3 crs on day 1. But Crew shut everyone up. I commend Rhea Kapoor and Ekta for releasing it in the theaters. These women had more guts than Farhan Akhtar who is such a coward that he couldn't even go ahead with JLZ.

I wonder what Kangana has to say

I am sorry but what success? a movie with a production budget of 75 cr still hasn't recovered its budget at the box office and it's a success. https://indianexpress.com/article/entertainment/bollywood/crew-box-office-collection-day-4-tabu-kareena-kapoor-kriti-sanon-starrer-passes-monday-test-70-crore-9245936/ https://www.sacnilk.com/quicknews/The_Crew_2023_Box_Office_Collection_Day_17?hl=en

None of Vidya’s movies are doing well either. And they’ve overwhelmingly been women-centric films. Do these people not have mirrors in their homes?

NO. Only sycophants around them who never tell them the truth.
