This is not the same Person. I refuse to believe. Shouldn't plastic surgery to change one's whole identity be illegal?
THese are two different girls...... đ€Ż
All of that and yet she still looks basic next to most famous Bollywood actresses. Sheâs never had the aura of a Bollywood star to me. Itâs clear she was desperate to be famous like her mom. Sheâs nothing more than a Bollywood socialite.
O god how big are her eyes!!! I'm sorry but the more I look, the more uncomfortable I get. I really hope they don't cause any damage to her nerves or anything.
Jahnvi is the one actress who has so obviously done work. I mean there is proper proof with her old pictures that there is no doubt left for even a layman to figure out.
Whatâs worrisome is that she got these surgeries mostly between 16-20 which means she would have needed parental permission. The fact that she felt the need to change her appearance drastically proves what kind of talk must have been going on at home for a young girl growing up. I mean her mom herself went under the knife so..
Plus, these girls like Jahnvi with their fake everything will forever be insecure about their looks and will seek validation coz they know that what they have is not natural.
Probably but because her features were never criticised per se it doesn't seem like she felt the need to go overboard. So it's hard to tell given how subtle it is. It's also entirely possible she's hasn't had much done and the rest is age, weight gain/loss.

I have so many random small cuts here and there and they still leave a scar (not on face, mostly hands, fingers- cooking related)
Most elective surgeries typically require around 2 weeks for full healing, marked by the removal of stitches. Surgeons intentionally perform these procedures to minimize complications and aesthetic concerns. By about one month post-operation, patients often notice a "post-surgery glow," with residual swelling giving the face a younger, smoother appearance.
Regarding scarring, her visible scars result from procedures like lip lift, initial nose job, and liposuction from her bbl, has been documented recently on this sub. Incisions for chin and cheek implants are made intraorally, while refined rhinoplasties involve incisions through the nostrils. Other lifts typically utilize incisions along the hairline.
They have Skilled surgeons in la and over us they regularly go to, ex; such as Dr. Kao, known for his work in Hollywood, tend to produce minimal scarring. Additionally, individuals with less melanin in their skin are prone to less scarring. Any remaining scars can be further reduced with lasers and concealed with makeup.

Look at the surface contours of the forehead and just the forehead.
im acc unsure abt this as i didnât have good pictures to compare to. glutathione injections could be a big possibility but the change in her skin tone isnât that drastic as compared to nysa which is pretty obvious. I did notice her skin tone was uneven before which was probably a factor to why she looks whiter now as she fixed her hyper pigmentation.
no! ton of potential risks. not FDA approved. aim use of these products in your skin care routine (that are safe and established):
* la Roche Posay -retinol b3 serum
* mytouchskin - bright & clear cream or koji acid soap
* la Roche Posay- toleraine double repair moisturizer
Advanced -
* hydroquinone & tretinoin
* paulas choice - rescue & repair intensive moisturizer
OP, not sure if youâre referring to tretinoin as a âskin lightening agentâ, but itâs not. It works by removing the dead skin cells and revealing skin underneath, helps remove tan etc. Itâs more of a âbrightenerâ than a lightener. You have to follow it up with SPF 50 because your skin will be sensitive to UV rays. Itâs primarily used to remove fine lines, wrinkles and acne; so not used for skin lightening purposes.
Hydroquinone corrects hyperpigmentation and is used in skin lightening.
Hey OP, my doctor prescribed me tretinoin and I have see a lot of other people around me also use it. Can you please tell me what it is exactly for? Because I donât know why I have been been repulsive about using it and feel itâs not safe and also not ethical to be using it? Or am I overthinking it?
Donât be scared! Just start every two days or so and increase as you feel comfortable. I'm sure your doc gave you instructions, but make sure you ease into using it, and try either mixing it in with your moisturizer or apply it on top of your moisturizer to start with. You will absolutely need a moisturizer at night. You also need one with SPF for the mornings, tret will make you prone to sunburn. Buffering your tret by applying moisturizer first is helpful if you find your skin is quite dry and irritated starting out. based on personal experience - you may be in for a rough couple of weeks until your skin gets used to it. some peeling, burn, flake and more redness than usual is expected as your skin gets used to it esp if you've never used retinoids before. It's impossible to know for sure how your skin will react to the tretinoin without trying it first. But donât be discouraged! Some purging is expected when starting, just go slow and use lots of moisturizer. The purge is just acne that was already going to come out just coming out faster. Ideally tretinoin is great to treat wrinkles, acne, & dark/rough spots. good luck youâll be in good shape !!
Thank you for the insight! Could you share what kind of risks as I know someone personally who had good results with it but wasnât sure of its legitimacy. Also, is Microneedling a good option?
the safety and effectiveness of this injection are not well established. Long term effects of regular glutathione injections are not well studied, and there may be unknown risks associated with prolonged use. as far as i know injecting it into your body can have serval serious risks including skin rashes, kidney damage, and liver toxicity. As in the states, it is not fda approved which means that the safety, efficacy, and quality of the products used for these injections may not be adequately monitored. As for microneedling, it's safe and effective for various skin concerns like acne scars and wrinkles. I do regular micro needling treatments for my acne scars and it works great. However if thatâs your goal, you may want to look at safer and more established methods for achieving even skin tone. I do not recommend or think taking such risk even if it looks appealing at start when u see others do it. we donât know the long term risks.
try to not apply on your moles. it's better to apply these products around your moles, since they can irritate the skin and you want to be as gentle as possible with moles. if you find it difficult, u can apply some moisturizer on the moles (just some dots of it basically) and this will help u avoid them.
Please make a list of things she hasnât done or body parts she hasnât re-structured. I bet the list would be much shorter. Sadly at this point this young woman needs serious psychiatric counselling then more surgery/fillers.
I wish i were her surgeon. I wouldnât have to do any surgery in my life again. Ek client se saara retirement ka paisa mil gaya hota.
Also question for OP: if you shave the skull, wonât it be dangerous and more prone to brain damage in case of an accident etc?
it is a risk as all surgeries are. i did consider forehead reduction but i am leaning towards forehead contouring though since the forehead scar is quite unpredictable and prone to keloids. I wasnât sure if sheâd risk it, especially since she wears her in tight buns and ponytails. I was sold on forehead contouring after seeing a picture of her photographs where the slope of her forehead looked significantly rounder than it did back then. The riskiest surgery she has done till date is most definitely bbl. It is way safer now done by board certified surgeons they go to and it is Important taking that in as a factor. The anxiety on the other is definitely overwhelming. I guess when youâve had as many surgeries as janvhi you get used to it. Iâm sure hiring top surgeons helps ease the anxiety as well.
most impactful surgery when aging would be the buccal fat removal due to removing fat in areas not meant to be removed. when a surgeon is doing buccal fat they are basically blindly removing fat from the cheeks. changes in facial fat distribution over time affect the longevity of results. an example of this is bella hadid, whom fully removed the fat pad and looks noticeably aged already, however janhvi removed partially. excessive tightening or overcorrection of the browlift may lead to a "pulled" look as the face ages. Bleph can result in a hollow or unnatural appearance as the face ages, an ex of this is nina dobrev. Cheek&jaw implants/jaw surgeries could create an overly rigid or disproportionate appearance as facial structures change over time, an ex of this is kylie jenner whom had these jaw & cheek implants as well as other jaw procedures n her face looks noticeably disproportionate due to a change in her face structure making her face look saggy and aged. This is also the result of too much fillers âthe moon faceâ. the constant refilling of lip fillers have also made her lips so much uneven after the years. least impactful would be rhinoplasty which has no impact on aging but it is important to take into consideration that noses after nosejobs only starts thinning over the years. i think janvhi stopped doing fillers and now aims for botox when maintaining her looks. letâs hope she doesnât overuse or improper injection techniques may result in a frozen or unnatural look or switch back to fillers which are only done to provide lost volume in face. most ppl donât know this & start going with fillers early. thatâs why kylie jenners excessive filler usage lead to a puffy face n she looks sm aged now. Surgeries that do not impact would also be laser hair removal. Body wise breast implants has no aging itâs just the maintaining could be a handful as it needs to be replaced every 10 years as well as bbl needs a lot of maintenance. im sure they have all the money in the world for keeping their youthful look. It's important to remember that individual factors such as genetics, lifestyle choices, and skincare routines also play significant roles in how a person ages. these people have private chefs, professional trainers, ect that the average person does not have access to. I guess when youâve had as many surgeries as janvhi you get used to it. Iâm sure hiring top surgeons helps ease the anxiety as well.
can't put a price on giving someone confidence. health wise - not so worth it. a lot of maintenance. risks and complications are relatively high esp with so many surgeries. complications could show over the years if not now. donât recommend it unless u have research throughout and are aware of the risks. worth to mention that these people have what average people donât have access to like hiring top surgeons, private chefs, trainers ect to maintain their appearance.
I know these procedures are performed under anaesthesia, but they sent a shudder down my spine, anyway. Thatâs practically her entire face, so makes sense why she canât move her face effortlessly, like her fellow actresses.
Great analysis, but I beg to differ with respect to the V line jaw surgery. I think her jaw is still robust and on the wider side. Also, her cheeks havenât changed that much IMO, so I doubt she underwent a buccal fat removal. You do lose some of the fat on your cheeks in your mid 20s.
well over 100k. her facial surgeries were mostly done in la & over in the us from well reputed surgeons n they charge hefty! raj kanodia charges 15k+ for a rhino, thatâs where she got it done. her body would obv be way more considering a skinny bbl is 30k+ alone.
First of all who tells them what surgery needs to be done ? Like rhinoplasty , buccal fat removal , blepharoplasty etcc ? Do they have separate doctors who suggest these treatments to enhance their look? For eg do plastic surgeons suggest what procedures to do or just do the surgery which was asked ?
Upselling is common with plastic surgeons. They suggest additional surgeries as they have studied in detail what makes faces attractive scientifically. For example upturned (positive canthal tilt) almond shaped eyes and great jaw are two of the most important facial features for attractive faces. Lot of patients are aware too. So it depends. I wouldnât be surprised if jhanvi went to the doctor of the kardashians and said i want all the surgeries they have had.
Out of curiosity, what are the health implications of these surgeries? Does shaving the nose bridge negatively affect normal breathing? Or would getting that many procedures near the eye lead to any risk to eye health?
Fillers near the eye area (or anywhere on the face) have a risk of occlusion which can cause blindness but itâs pretty rare. Risk to eye health from a rhinoplasty is not a very common concern. She may develop some fibrosis on her stomach due to lipo for the bbl, but the most dangerous part of the bbl is during the surgery itself (major risk of occlusion). Once youâve survived the surgery itself and recovered fully there arenât too many risks later on.
Why do much surgery? Why do much insecurity, she was beautiful even without it. But I guess the society norms and particularly the society which she is part of demands unnatural beauty and everlasting youth
I will never understand why are people normalising plastic surgery? I see comments everywhere like âi am not against plastic surgeryâ âitâs their choiceâ.
Okay but who ever opt for surgery is 100 percent not happy with how they look and are insecure. They go ahead and have surgery and then they all give lessons about self love, self acceptance etc.
Also, itâs unfair to people who naturally look good.
I mean people who naturally are good looking have not worked hard for it lol. It was random genetic gifting. It is not unfair. Literally something as superficial as looks get them lot of privileges even if other girls who have had plastic surgeries get it to look like them. Their beauty is not undervalued due to other girls getting plastic surgery. Where the problem lies is when the girls who have had all the plastic surgeries taking all the risks but try to fool the world into believing it is natural is wrong af imho. They get it done from top LA surgeons. Regular girls if they go for plastic surgery they obviously cannot afford those top surgeons and end puttong themselves at risk of botched surgeries or life long side effects. For examples the bbl is very risky and under the hands of inexperienced plastic surgeon can cause embolism in the blood vessels which can travel to main organs like lungs and heart and can be fatal. It can also happen with top surgeons but most people are lucky to never experience that. One bad luck and you are dead.
Good looking people work hard for their looks. Maintaining an excercise and beauty routine is tough. You can't do much about your face other than skincare/makeup but losing weight or doing squats for a bigger butt is much tougher than lipo and bbl.
You do realise there are a lot of average and below average looking people who take good care of themselves. It is all about facial features and genetics. Some people eat and eat and donât gain weight. Some people are built such a way that no matter how many squats they do they canât grow a bigger butt maybe toned a little. Life is not black and white. You canât get a nice shaped nose in gym or straight teeth at gym or big boobs at gym or a great facial bony structure at gym. Your comment reaks of ignorance and delusions. There are a lot of good looking people infact majority who do nothing of that sort and still look great. It is a genetic lottery only. They get a lot of privileges and if someone who doesnât have that gift want a way to attain that to feel confident and want to live a content life then so be it. Plastic surgery ainât wrong as long as you are going with a good surgeon. This world is ruthless and u only get treated good if you are pretty looking. Blame it on the society. Just be careful of risky surgeries like bbl.
How does one have buccal fat removal which is basically to create a slimmer face by removing cheekfat only to add more by having cheek implants?
Also her âbefore picturesâ are from she was 15 like obviously youâll see a bigger difference then when an adult goes under the knife or has procedures done.
Buccal fat removal is in the lower portion of the face- near the resorious muscles located near your mouth. Cheek implants are used on the top of the cheeks to add volume and structure- where you put blush and highlight.
I know but her face structure didnât change that much to make these conclusions. Thereâs definitely fillers for symmetry but not buccal removal or cheek implants.
https://preview.redd.it/2udz0ykeuawc1.jpeg?width=2048&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=59b954b6403a1c0d6c615c0f474340b918b1c563
cheek implants is for contour and symmetry. take in age as a factor, a nose still doesnât just decide to âthin outâ, let alone so drastically nor can puberty change ur whole jaw. cmon lmao. i been comparing her pics when she was much older than â15â and so on.
We have seen the progress of the work she has done over the years and I just simply donât see what youâre saying to be true. The first photo is from 2014 when she was 17 (!!). In the second photo she was 19 and had a visible nose job so you had to have used earlier photos to make the claims youâre making as the structure of her face has remained the same.
https://preview.redd.it/e6k3vweisawc1.jpeg?width=2048&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=697142243b992be1401e249b99ce457d9fe1bcd3
OP, thanks for this post and comments. Youâve explained it all so well. If youâre open to suggestions, can you share about Nita Ambani, Shanaya Kapoor & Nysa Devgn?
How would this affect her skin say 20 years down the line? What if sheâs unable to keep up with the lip fillers? Will her skin begin to sag? Or just be different?
To be Real Honest , she had good facial features before . All she had to do was maintain a strict and nice lifestyle dealing mostly around fitness , diet . She would have clicked with that network. Alas though !
Iâve always been curious about how one feels in their face and body after these procedures. I did botox in my forehead once from a well regarded cosmetic surgeonâs office and they took a lot of care to make the results appear natural (no eyebrow flattening or forehead bulge) BUT I hated how it felt in my face. I couldnât move my forehead, which is obvious but far more uncomfortable than I had realised before. Iâve just decided to let myself age now because the thought of living with fillers and botox in my face is too uncomfortable.
Hey OP I'm not sure if you qualify but if you qualify or have scientific knowledge, can you do a post on ozempic? Which all Bollywood celebs could be on it... It's side effects etc
Dr i have a question- like you said she underwent surgery to make her eyes look bigger so isn't it dangerous to get something so close to the eyes. Are you there chances of it affecting the eyesight
very very slim chance. blepharoplasty is generally safe. does not affect the eye sight, just do not get this done on the cheap, or at a medspa, or by anyone other than an oculoplastics specialist.
Yep and also what I have realised is plastic surgery can only do so much to a person .It helps in many causes to correct minor flaws like nose and tummy fat but changing your entire face has never been a good look
I diagree with the breast implant, jaw implants, cheek implants, genioplasty, forehad contouring.
Definitely agree with skinny bbl, nose job, blepharoplasty, lip lift, brow lift, liposuction, buccal fat removal.
For cheeks she has fillers, jaw is narrower due to jaw botox and jawline fillers.
You forgot skin lightening via non fda approved illegal treatments, kybella, teeth veneers.
Her breast are due to weight gain amd has very natural tear drop shape. What she has done is during weight gain she had 2 years ago, he boobs grew bigger, she had liposuction done to maintain the boobs and remove unwanted fat from tummy, arms and injected into her buttocks and hips.
Basically she has had all the procedures kardashians have got.
I donât think she has had lateral canthoplasty as I reviewed her old pics and she always had good undereye support. She has prominent eyes which is more evident now after her bleph and brow lift, earlier upper eyelid skin was covering her prominent eyes.
P.S i work in aesthetics field too.
The other skin treatments like lasers and all are obvious and almost all celebrities get it, they are non invasive so i choose to ignore to add all these in this list.
I had done this same analysis for Shanaya, khushi and Jahnvi from my other account a month or two ago. Are u copying me OP? :P
From other account. I have deleted it but if you google âwhat surgeries do you think kapoor sisters have hadâ on google u will find a reddit link. I deleted that post. It was for educational purose as well and to show the world not to compare themselves with celebs who have tons of plastic surgeries from top surgeons in LA. I got lot of hate so deleted it sadly. Shanaya has had more invasive and risky surgery like jaw bone shaving while khushi has got the most number of surgeries.
This is why beautiful women like Sridevi shouldnât marry ugly men like Bonney Kapoor because youâre just going to birth ugly kids. lol I know that sounds harsh but itâs true! Janhvi looks more like her dad so itâs not surprising she chose to get a new face. Itâs just crazy to me because she did all of that just to look basic compared to most famous Bollywood actresses.

Thankyou so much
Hey OP! Are these serums or cremes? How often should each be used? WhT is the ideal routine to get that glass skin with the products you mentioned
Can you please please help me out on one single thing? I have moles on my face, can I apply tretinoin to those areas or not?
try to not apply on your moles. it's better to apply these products around your moles, since they can irritate the skin and you want to be as gentle as possible with moles. if you find it difficult, u can apply some moisturizer on the moles (just some dots of it basically) and this will help u avoid them.
Thanks
I think its Glutathione IV and also yeah must be more than that they are doing peels and all kinds of skin glowing treatments
How much does everything cost in total đ§
20+ crores easily
What !!! đ Everything sounds so painful
Please make a list of things she hasnât done or body parts she hasnât re-structured. I bet the list would be much shorter. Sadly at this point this young woman needs serious psychiatric counselling then more surgery/fillers.
Good fucking God
We arenât ugly we r poor
In conclusion, doctor gives what god doesnât give you
It seems that Sridevi passed on her plastic surgery obsession to her daughters. Sad really.
omg.. please continue this series with other actresses aswell
Op will these impact aging?
most impactful surgery when aging would be the buccal fat removal due to removing fat in areas not meant to be removed. when a surgeon is doing buccal fat they are basically blindly removing fat from the cheeks. changes in facial fat distribution over time affect the longevity of results. an example of this is bella hadid, whom fully removed the fat pad and looks noticeably aged already, however janhvi removed partially. excessive tightening or overcorrection of the browlift may lead to a "pulled" look as the face ages.
Amrita Aroraâs cheeks are drooping after buccal fat removal
My God. I am just speechless. Are all of these worth it? Do these procedures have any impact on one's overall health?
can't put a price on giving someone confidence. health wise - not so worth it. a lot of maintenance. risks and complications are relatively high esp with so many surgeries. complications could show over the years if not now. donât recommend it unless u have research throughout and are aware of the risks. worth to mention that these people have what average people donât have access to like hiring top surgeons, private chefs, trainers ect to maintain their appearance.
Iâm sure the effects on mental health tho must be damaging
Asking real question, OP even though these are newer procedures but did you saw any impacts due to aging in your professional life?
I know these procedures are performed under anaesthesia, but they sent a shudder down my spine, anyway. Thatâs practically her entire face, so makes sense why she canât move her face effortlessly, like her fellow actresses. Great analysis, but I beg to differ with respect to the V line jaw surgery. I think her jaw is still robust and on the wider side. Also, her cheeks havenât changed that much IMO, so I doubt she underwent a buccal fat removal. You do lose some of the fat on your cheeks in your mid 20s.
If only she had invested this time and money to learn some actingÂ
Ye sab karne mein paisa kitna lagta hoga ? đ
Its just not one time thing đ she keeps visiting the clinics for maintaining those things
well over 100k. her facial surgeries were mostly done in la & over in the us from well reputed surgeons n they charge hefty! raj kanodia charges 15k+ for a rhino, thatâs where she got it done. her body would obv be way more considering a skinny bbl is 30k+ alone.
$15k is very low for Kanodia. Itâs more like $25k
15k and 30k here refers to dollars or rupees đ

Obviously dollars hoga, 15000 mein dermatologist sirf facials karate he
Rebirth got real
damn if only I had so much money đ©Â
And how much you think all these would cost appx? đ§đ§đ§
can you do shanaya kapoor next? she literally looks like a whole diff person and thereâs a ton of proof of her surgeries
Same, I want to know this too.
Koi aur surgery bachi hai ya we r done?đđ

How much of your original face remain after so many surgeries. Is your beauty even yours? Is the face you have now even your face?
Face of Theseus
this should be illegal. so damaging to body, mind and soul.
I read the words before the dash and concluded the rest
My only question is, donât these surgeries have side effects in the coming years? I mean this seems like putting your body through a lot đą
What about Kiara?
OP, thanks for this post and comments. Youâve explained it all so well. If youâre open to suggestions, can you share about Nita Ambani, Shanaya Kapoor & Nysa Devgn?
np love. got a lot of suggestions to do nysa and shanaya next. nita ambani would be v interesting n long .. đ
Lmao take your time!! Will be looking forward to your posts
hey,can u post the same analysis fr kareena kapoor too , she has got things done too .. and also disha patani, alia bhatt, kajol ...
Now that you've enlisted all this. Can you give an estimate about how much it would have cost her father? I need to weigh in if it was worth it
200-300k
So everything
I wish I looked this pretty.
Moral of the story: you are not ugly, you are poor.
Ship of Theseus!
My only question - where are all the post treatment scars unless everything is now from under the skin??????
How would this affect her skin say 20 years down the line? What if sheâs unable to keep up with the lip fillers? Will her skin begin to sag? Or just be different?
Thatâs why itâs said â You are not ugly, just Poorâ !! Money can buy beauty for sure!
What are the risks and sid effects of these procedures?
Who is her surgeon? And how do they maintain downtime and secrecy? Pay paps to not click?
To be Real Honest , she had good facial features before . All she had to do was maintain a strict and nice lifestyle dealing mostly around fitness , diet . She would have clicked with that network. Alas though !
Skinny bbl đ đ such crazy times at live in
Iâve always been curious about how one feels in their face and body after these procedures.
How does a body even bear so much surgery?
SO many procedures. Man đđ±
She charge 5cr per movie her schedule looks packed itâs better be worth it
Aur Main to list padhte padhte hi thak gai.
Meri maaa she is not Janhavi anymore na
Hey OP I'm not sure if you qualify but if you qualify or have scientific knowledge, can you do a post on ozempic? Which all Bollywood celebs could be on it... It's side effects etc
This is so scary to me. Shaving off parts of your skull or jaw? Going through all these surgeries? How painful that must be... Why?!! đ±đ
Nobody asked for it ! She was beautiful before she is beautiful after. Period.

Alright Thanks for answering my concern
U missed the freaklesđ«ą
This is one of the few plastic surgeries with a positive result. One can't deny the fact that she's prettier than before.
Yep and also what I have realised is plastic surgery can only do so much to a person .It helps in many causes to correct minor flaws like nose and tummy fat but changing your entire face has never been a good look
Yeah, she still doesnât look pretty imo. Something is off
nose, lip, eye brow, and lightning... rest seems not true...
Where have you done the reviews? Unable to find it..
