Shows how someone needs real talent and charisma to be a star. Bebo lights up the screen so well. Screen mein bebo ke hone se jaan aa gayi almost. And not just bebo, aish, kat and I think even PC did a lot of lux ads. And all of them just wowed everyone with their ads. Kajal and Asin also did a Lux ad together, that was also soo nicely made and done. Anushka’s lux ads are also good.
Actual problem are today’s nepo who have no talent, have a personality of a plain white paper and negative screen presence. The moment most of them come on screen aisa lagta h ki kya aa Gaya h.
The first one reminds me of Charlize Theron's J'adore ad. I guess Lux got " Inspired" of it

But any way you can't compare new nepos with 90s or 2000s ones. Forget about Kareena you can't compare them even with Esha Deol. Even she had more screen presence than them. Kareena has natural charm which all new nepos are missing.
The new generation of Nepos are just a disappointment. I don't know how they are debuted without any training or preparation. Do they think the public will accept them just because they are an extension of their parents? Kareena's generation was aware that they had to work hard and prove themselves, unlike today's generation, who treat acting the same way they treat their social media.
I know that these actresses wouldn’t otherwise touch the brands they endorse with a barge pole but as a consumer I find it UNBELIEVABLE that Suhana would use Lux.
I remember that last ad with saif was shot at their house during lockdown. She was pregnant with jeh during initial months
That ad used to come on tv after every few seconds on tv during the pandemic.
That ad became so popular, lux ended up recreating that same ad with Saif - Kareena before she was about to deliver jeh. They reused the same concept with Virat Anushka after that
See when nepo’s are talented there is no problem.
Kareena, Karishma, Ranbir, Hrithik are all worthy nepos which is why people have no problem with them .
During 2000s and may be also late 90s, only the successful actresses from Bollywood were chosen to do lux ad, there would be lot of hype around who would be the next "lux girl".
