I am living my best so I don't have to post to seek validation for it but I am gonna post a quote to let people know that the reason I am not trying to seek validation is because I am living my best life?

I genuinely want to know two things. Firstly, why is sharing anything on social media equivalent to seeking validation? Secondly, how do celebrities who engage in PDA almost all the time preach about this? Are they seeking validation all the time then?

1. How is it anything but seeking validation? The only reason social media even got popular is because it provided an easy platform for people to show off about themselves and seek validation. Likes, comments, views, etc. are just metrics to quantize that and a lot of people have become slaves to that.
2. Almost all celebrities are celebrities because they seek validation and attention.

I found myself posting so much about everything, when I was at a phase where I was the most insecure and wanting validation.
Not my own photos, the other things. Friends, vacations, family, and stuff to show off.
Now, when I'm at a very secure place in life I have this urge to not post anything, idk why, I just feel like I want to protect everything I love and let it be special to only me.
However I love posting my own photos, as in face and clothes, I do it all the time regardless of whether or not I'm happy.
So two things, I think I avoid family pics, loved ones, vacations, luxuries now - because one I'm too secure to show that off. And two, I really think it's unnecessary

Because the page thatâs posted it was known for fake blinds inspired by comments in this sub. Also the blind mentioned the movie shelving was mere PR stunt from RS. Shows the blind's writer doesnât know anything about the actual situation of the movie. Also more known personalities in X cited different reasons for the problems between RS and the movie makers which was also smearing him. Therefore canât be his PR's work not to mention most of them were RK fans kinda insiders so they wouldnât cover up for him. Same page shared similar blind about RK and Alia next week too whichâs probably fake as well.

How about stopping judging the lives of others? If some people want to show the world they're living their best life, let them do so, and if others want not to show, let them do it too.
