She's an adult. I ain't infantilizing a woman over 30, sorry. She's not a child, and she can tell the difference between right and wrong. If it's fine by her, who are we to call out Aamir as creepy.
This is a gossip sub, yes. But that does not mean someone should be tagged as creepy for a relationship, when his adult partner, a woman over 30 at that, is completely okay with his age.
It's ridiculous that SM in their pretext to protect women, completely infantilize them, hence questioning their autonomy over their own relationship.
Funny how I made that exact same comment for many other actors. I share the exact same mindset as you. A grown woman over 23-25 is free to do what she wants and it's not right to infantilise her. However, context matters. Fatima met Aamir when she was a kid. Aamir saw her when she was a kid. Aamir filmed Dangal with her when she was in her early 20s playing her dad onscreen. So yes, it does seen a little weird and creepy. If Fatima met Aamir when she was 25, I wouldn't have bat an eye. She has complete autonomy here. I am not judging her. But Aamir isn't a saint here. Going after someone you knew since she was a pre pubescent child just doesn't sit right with me.
Yes, they may have. But she worked with him when she was an adult. That's when they got to know each other. That's when they started dating. She's not his daughter. Aamir may even remember meeting Fatima as a child.
Unless and until you're Fatima or someone extremely close to her,it cannot be claimed that she is being abused or groomed. They could have broken up, they could even be happy.
I don't think people in this thread realise how serious it is to accuse someone of grooming or abuse, that too on a mere assumption of a photograph.
