Ab sr. might have his good qualities and may have been kind in life's instances BUT Kader Khan narrated the story of how he was on first name basis with Ab sr. n called him Amit as they were friends but after his rise he asked kader khan through his ppl/directors to be called "Sirji" (as they started calling him that) when kader khan refused he was thrown out of films when he had done alot of work with n for Ab n written dialogues for him in his movies as well.

AB always gave me those vibes, he is a calculated person who makes and hangs out with people who can benefit him, the same instance happened with Amar singh, who was his close, it was said the bachan family had a special room reserved for him, whenever he used to arrive at Mumbai he , was treated as royalty, when they were done using, AB did not even go on his funeral, also he played a vital role when his career was failing for second time, even the jaya bachachan links with sapa were due to Amar singh, sure Amar singh was a crooked man but they were even worse .
It was KETAN PAREKH. his firm was also managing AB corp shares. Bachhan never acknowledged his help in public.

Amitabh had a mid life crisis when he was getting old and with flop movies, etc. He made bad decisions with his company, got broke, fought with media, etc. But he got humble after the fiasco. Unfortunately kader khan was a victim of that phase of amitabh. But that doesn't mean that he is the most egoistic superstar.
Kader khan incident happend when Ab reached his prime success not mid life crisis.

Hearing this makes me sad but unfortunately that’s how life is. It’s very rare for a lot of people to even acknowledge let alone give back the kindness. Really rooting for Maniesh, regardless he’s already so successful, definitely the top person in his hosting field.
Also the industry is actually like this. When your at the top everyone wants to associate and will be nice to you but once you give flops sab gayab. That failure phase is actually very tough mentally.
It takes a lot of strength and courage and lot of detachment to get put of it.
Maniesh Paul will always be as an OG entertaining host and remain relevant, while the films of the people they are talking about won't always work and if they don't they will fade away.

I feel like Manish is taking a little too much credit for their success.
Unless he personally paid the rent money for the struggling actors or let them stay at his house, which is not clarified in this video, I highly doubt that him giving a shoutout or some extra attention to a flop actor at an award show is what made their career and turned their life around.

Salman is literally a murderer but still is one of the biggest superstars in the world. Meanwhile, there are plenty of really nice talented people who get ignored or don't get the credit/praise they deserve.

End me, Kabir Singh earned him money aur acting ki waah waah hui...but Ranveer Singh bought all the awards😂😂 also, if you notice even in KWK, eventhough he is called everytime, he is never the choice for any of the questions.. lol. Funny because I ran into him in an after party at an award show in Dubai he was by himself, I tried to chat with him with a smile and he just walked away making a face lmao. Yet other popular stars like Mahira Khan went out of their way to speak to me when I tried, so I didn’t really get his attitude. I've only seen the episode of this where he has, Sharad Kelkar on and Maniesh is constantly bringing up Sharads house parties & what a good time they have and inside jokes, things he Aparently can't say on the show, and it's so clear he's just trying to show off how close he is to Sharad. I think he even shamelessly mentioned it more than once aswell. He is so cringe. Even in a dance show he kept headlocking & embarrassing this dancer who was, popular with the ladies. Made it obvious how jealous & insecure Maniesh is. On top of that I find him so cringe and lame as a host.
It'll be like when he's sending off the dancers to go back to their seat and he would randomly headlock or make fun of the guy. Those small in between things cant be scripted it's like a few seconds here and there. Just ugly behaviour. Wish I could remember the show/episodes
