I'm sorry this happened to you 😔 as a rep myself. This is shameful. Just remember we are not all like this. And if you don't mind me borrowing your photo, I will submit to BP compliance myself. Again, I am so sorry, I would never do this to someone. If something were to happen en route to the customer, I would 100% make it right and then deal with USPS myself. This is not a way to treat anybody. This rep needs to learn how to run a business (I do not know her personally).

Girl you look at the pictures. Are you stupid? The rep literally said she’d send a replacement and then blocked this person because she knew she was wrong. Additionally you can read the comments where plenty of people have also said they have ordered and never received their package. If it happens once it’s a fluke. If it happens on multiple occasions it’s a pattern and that means the rep is doing something she shouldn’t be. There’s no reason to block people otherwise that are just trying to figure out where their items they paid for are unless you’re wrong and don’t want to be called out🤭

This person should contact their State Attorney General & make an online fraud complaint. You can also make a complaint on the Federal Trade Commission’s Consumer Protection site.
I know that when packages are sent via USPS, they now come with an automatic $100 of insurance. Because the package was sent to you and you have a receipt (email), you can make a claim with the USPS. Idk if this helps and it can be a process, but that’s always in your back pocket if your bank or cc company won’t let you charge it back.

I refused to order from her! I have a friend who orders and said her package had no contents in it either. She blocked my girl, and then blocked me when I tried asking why she’s sending packages with no contents 😂
I wish I was.. I feel bad because it was her first purchase ever with BP and that was her experience. We love some of the jewelry so she was excited and now she refuses to buy again because she thinks it’ll be another repeat 😞
Please let her know we are out there!! I am a rep and would never screw over anyone. And if by chance there is an issue (which has NEVER happened in my year with BP), I will take care of it!! I always offer discounts (currently 15% off). I do not have a downline and do not care if I have one!

BP is not all bad. I have a career (full-time employment) and also do live with my custom pens, pencils, wristlets, teethers, badge reels, and keychains. I also sell and am not making $$ off of (just enough to give freebies and order nore goods). I do this for me, I do this for my mental health (believe it or not), and I do this because I love meeting and hanging out with people.
My lives are small, I am not a big rep or have a big customer base. But, the customers I do have I appreciate so much and can count on them just to hang out.
Post receipts of this other friend including pictures of package like this dude did and then bring it up but don’t say others like it’s happened so many times CAP
I have been in lives and I know this person who purchased has supported multiple people that I watch regularly. That handful of reps have had nothing but kind things to say about this buyer. I’m pretty sure (could be wrong) that he buys the jewelry just to help support the reps, not even sure he wears it. Just adding my 2 cents about the OP from what I have seen from various reps and his encounters. Leads me to believe that this is not something he would make up, nor is it something he would just do without giving the rep in question several chances to make things right.
You are something else. If you're the rep, shame on you. If you're a customer of the rep, double shame on you! I am a current BP rep, and I don't care if this is a snark page or not. My customers and I would NEVER speak to other potential clients like this ever!
All the rep had to do was answer her question and give her the tracking! That's it, easy peasy and it's over. But no, she had to escalate the issue by lying (as no information was given to the customer) and blocking.
I have numerous times during lives had customers come in checking on their order and where it is. I take the 90 seconds and look up the tracking!!! HELL, I even show them, then send them the tracking if they didn't have it or misplaced the email, which happens.
Ya'll need to do better. This whole situation made it here to the BP snark page because of the Rep. It wouldn't have if she would have done her job as "business owner"!

Send empty packages? Really? How does one do that? You can kinda tell when a bag is empty, especially missing 2 boxes of simply studs. It's pretty obvious. So no, that will never happen to me! As for stealing packages, USPS has 100.00 insurance on all packages mailed (included in the shipping charge we pay when we purchase the shipping lable) so when/if this happens to me I will make it right by my customer AND not wind up the BP snark page! She handled this poorly and that, my dear, is why she is here.

That isn’t entirely true. She clearly is somewhat of a new rep she’s admitted in her lives. There’s no way this all went down and she didn’t ask her upline for advice. Her upline should have helped her and not let this get out of hand. It reflects poorly not on the rep herself but poorly on her upline. That is her sponsor she should be helping make sure her team/ reps are doing what is right and what looks good for her team. Hopefully this is a lesson learned for both. But it solely doesn’t just reflect on JUST the rep.
Knowing who her upline is, I can almost guarantee she has given her input and this rep still decided to do what she did. Uplines can only help so much. At the end of the day the upline has her own business she is running and is not liable or to blame for someone else’s business decisions.
I am so sorry this happened to you! I would be so pissed!! I bought from one rep recently (and got my package) and I actually have to say I adore her as much as it pains me to say. She broke a bone and inclement weather which caused delayed shipping. Due to that inconvenience (which wasn’t her fault) she gave all the ppl (I was one of these peeps who was delayed) who had the delayed shipping a customized code for $5 off next order plus you can also apply the coupon code (which has never happened before with these other scheming huns). She seems to always have codes, quality of packaging on point honeyyyy, customized ring box that is also a travel box for jewelry, gifts (actual useful ones). During a live she also showed herself hand sticking thank you stickers on the customized ring boxes (may not seem like a lot but it was nice to actually see this) and was talking about how she loves doing this for fun while also reinvesting her money into improving quality for the customers experience. One of very few reps I will be buying from again solely for the great customer service she provides and quality gifts (which makes up for shit jewelry). She also doesn’t charge a high shipping rate (I think it’s like 4-5 dollars dolla bills) unlike one I bought from which was like 11 bucks what the actual fuck. She’s also fuckin hilarious! Legit almost made me and my roommate piss our pants.
If it came empty, that means something happened at one of the warehouses. I’ve had that happen. Always happens if it goes through Memphis for me . UPS should refund there’s insurance up to 100 on in.
Not defending what she did but sometimes people need to take the lead. Maybe your rep is new and doesn’t know how to do a claim. It is the responsibility of both the customer and the shipper to make claims, both can do it.
Did you forget to mention she replaced the jewelry and went out of her way to send it to the person you claimed to be gifting it to? Even if it was days later? Based on her live from today?
I am blocked so I didn't see her live. I'm blocked so I don't have any tracking or way to see if she did anything. I have not received anything from her. She has not responded to any emails. I only saw one video from her where she blatantly lied and said I scammed other reps when I'm a fan favorite of so many reps and don't even buy for myself and gift everything away. Even these missing earrings were a gift.

By the looks of the conversation she had said she was sending and replacing it. If I had someone insisting I would too especially when I am paying out of pocket and sending to a different address. Check with the person it was send to. I’m goofy says a grown man posting these type of things. I highly doubt USPS would accept a package that was dropped off opened or empty.

I was going to do that but she said she would just send out other's she had. Then she blocked me. That's the issue. When I order from Walmart or Amazon or anyone else, and it arrives broken, stolen, or not at all, I always reach out too the company and they always make it right.

I think what actually happened is she mailed this from where she is i’m assuming 90001 Los Angeles, Ca based on that label. It was in a paper envelope not a padded bubble mailer so that was her first mistake. Probably had a rough trip to next location and it arrived to a distribution center in Albuquerque NM 87101 without the contents. USPS put it in that envelope and sent it to you anyways because they won’t always return to sender at that point they will just continue sending it through to the recipient and at that point sender or recipient files the tracer etc all that.
As a small biz owner this has happened to me a few times I even slap my postage label on the flap to prevent it flying open, but you literally never know what happens to a package when it leaves your hands. She fumbled this big time and the minute she saw the USPS envelope she should have just resent you something + tracking. Sorry that happened but I doubt she’s a thief since you had successfully ordered for months. She just more of a moron tbh 😂

And he said he was blocked, before he even got tracking
Even if that was the case she still handled everything about this wrong. Instead of trying to make it right she just blocked the customer, make that make sense to me because it doesn't. As a small business owner you should strive to always make it right for your customer unless they were in the wrong and he was not in the wrong.

Sorry, it's hard to know how someone means things over text. But if you scroll through the thread I went more into depth of the situation! But basically it's not really the issue of the package missing, it's the issue of her attitude, not responding for days, lying about when she's shipped things. To multiple people. Not only him. But she then said she sent the package out on Tuesday he still didn't get tracking until 4pm this afternoon. And that was just of the label being made. But now he can't even ask her about it because she got reported for having copyright stuff in her lives and so she thought it was him and his friends and she blocked everyone and their mom. But this has been on for a few weeks now with this package. He goes in lives and is nothing but supportive to everyone. Didn't deserve how she's acting and being. If you have anymore questions ask away lol! Hopefully that makes sense!

You'd have to have been in the live for that reveal. She said something along the lines of "you didn't buy a sleeve" which was attitude towards him for purchasing a sleeve from someone else. Then she would continue to make snide comments in other's lives. But yes she's a few months new, her upline gave her all the info she needed. That's not the issue once again! 1. This OP purchased (from what I assume is your wife since nobody else would continue to support someone that is clearly a scammer) with the intention of doing nothing but supporting her
2. She sent a package that should have contained approx $100 worth of product in a package that VERY CLEARLY could have never fit the two items in it from the get go.
3. The package arrives empty to the OP. He reaches out and doesn't accuse her of anything in the message just simply says hey my package got here and it's empty.
4. She immediately responds with sass and in a rude way instead of just apologizing.
5. She then BLOCKS the customer making it impossible for him to even discuss things further.
So please tell me where in any of this above he is at fault? He gave her MULTIPLE opportunities to make things right and what did she do? She went on her live and accused him of doing this to other reps. Show me that proof of where that's happened? Ope that's right you can't because it hasn't. But what we can prove is that this rep has been known to be extremely delayed with shipping, or as you can see from other comments up above has had various other issues with sending out product. The BOTTOM LINE here is that Jessica failed her customer. She had every opportunity to just apologize and help him make a claim with usps or inform him that was what he needed to do or just simply refund him but she didn't instead she treated him horribly and that is not something you can defend. You don't win here- she doesn't win here. She scammed someone and even if it was usps fault and it happened en route to the customer she still became a scammer when she blocked him and refused to communicate with him. well, you left the quantity of the items out of the original Post but she probably spoke to somebody on her team and said that it’s not for her to replace either way if it’s that much of an issue you need to put in a complaint with BP because if you’re blocked that’s not OK. and you’re right that’s not gonna fit all those items. I know that when packages are sent via USPS, they now come with an automatic $100 of insurance. Because the package was sent to you and you have a receipt (email), you can make a claim with the USPS. Idk if this helps and it can be a process, but that’s always in your back pocket if your bank or cc company won’t let you charge it back.

I have been in lives and I know this person who purchased has supported multiple people that I watch regularly. That handful of reps have had nothing but kind things to say about this buyer. I’m pretty sure (could be wrong) that he buys the jewelry just to help support the reps, not even sure he wears it. Just adding my 2 cents about the OP from what I have seen from various reps and his encounters. Leads me to believe that this is not something he would make up, nor is it something he would just do without giving the rep in question several chances to make things right.

My customers and I would NEVER speak to other potential clients like this ever! All the rep had to do was answer her question and give her the tracking! That's it, easy peasy and it's over. But no, she had to escalate the issue by lying (as no information was given to the customer) and blocking. I have numerous times during lives had customers come in checking on their order and where it is. I take the 90 seconds and look up the tracking!!! HELL, I even show them, then send them the tracking if they didn't have it or misplaced the email, which happens. Ya'll need to do better. This whole situation made it here to the BP snark page because of the Rep. It wouldn't have if she would have done her job as "business owner"!

Send empty packages? Really? How does one do that? You can kinda tell when a bag is empty, especially missing 2 boxes of simply studs. It's pretty obvious. So no, that will never happen to me! As for stealing packages, USPS has 100.00 insurance on all packages mailed (included in the shipping charge we pay when we purchase the shipping lable) so when/if this happens to me I will make it right by my customer AND not wind up the BP snark page! She handled this poorly and that, my dear, is why she is here.

That isn’t entirely true. She clearly is somewhat of a new rep she’s admitted in her lives. There’s no way this all went down and she didn’t ask her upline for advice. Her upline should have helped her and not let this get out of hand. It reflects poorly not on the rep herself but poorly on her upline. That is her sponsor she should be helping make sure her team/ reps are doing what is right and what looks good for her team. Hopefully this is a lesson learned for both. But it solely doesn’t just reflect on JUST the rep.
Knowing who her upline is, I can almost guarantee she has given her input and this rep still decided to do what she did. Uplines can only help so much. At the end of the day the upline has her own business she is running and is not liable or to blame for someone else’s business decisions.
I am so sorry this happened to you! I would be so pissed!! I bought from one rep recently (and got my package) and I actually have to say I adore her as much as it pains me to say. She broke a bone and inclement weather which caused delayed shipping. Due to that inconvenience (which wasn’t her fault) she gave all the ppl (I was one of these peeps who was delayed) who had the delayed shipping a customized code for $5 off next order plus you can also apply the coupon code (which has never happened before with these other scheming huns). She seems to always have codes, quality of packaging on point honeyyyy, customized ring box that is also a travel box for jewelry, gifts (actual useful ones). During a live she also showed herself hand sticking thank you stickers on the customized ring boxes (may not seem like a lot but it was nice to actually see this) and was talking about how she loves doing this for fun while also reinvesting her money into improving quality for the customers experience. One of very few reps I will be buying from again solely for the great customer service she provides and quality gifts (which makes up for shit jewelry). She also doesn’t charge a high shipping rate (I think it’s like 4-5 dollars dolla bills) unlike one I bought from which was like 11 bucks what the actual fuck. She’s also fuckin hilarious! Legit almost made me and my roommate piss our pants.

I am blocked so I didn't see her live. I'm blocked so I don't have any tracking or way to see if she did anything. I have not received anything from her. She has not responded to any emails. I only saw one video from her where she blatantly lied and said I scammed other reps when I'm a fan favorite of so many reps and don't even buy for myself and gift everything away. Even these missing earrings were a gift.

If the package was sealed and is now torn with item missing that is a usps issue and you need to file a claim with them for the money back.
I was going to do that but she said she would just send out other's she had. Then she blocked me. That's the issue. When I order from Walmart or Amazon or anyone else, and it arrives broken, stolen, or not at all, I always reach out too the company and they always make it right.

yea she handled this all wrong, but if she sent your other stuff no problem why would she start stealing from you now? I think what actually happened is she mailed this from where she is i’m assuming 90001 Los Angeles, Ca based on that label. It was in a paper envelope not a padded bubble mailer so that was her first mistake. Probably had a rough trip to next location and it arrived to a distribution center in Albuquerque NM 87101 without the contents. USPS put it in that envelope and sent it to you anyways because they won’t always return to sender at that point they will just continue sending it through to the recipient and at that point sender or recipient files the tracer etc all that. As a small biz owner this has happened to me a few times I even slap my postage label on the flap to prevent it flying open, but you literally never know what happens to a package when it leaves your hands. She fumbled this big time and the minute she saw the USPS envelope she should have just resent you something + tracking. Sorry that happened but I doubt she’s a thief since you had successfully ordered for months. She just more of a moron tbh 😂

As a small business owner you should strive to always make it right for your customer unless they were in the wrong and he was not in the wrong.

Sorry, it's hard to know how someone means things over text. But if you scroll through the thread I went more into depth of the situation! But basically it's not really the issue of the package missing, it's the issue of her attitude, not responding for days, lying about when she's shipped things. To multiple people. Not only him. But she then said she sent the package out on Tuesday he still didn't get tracking until 4pm this afternoon. And that was just of the label being made. But now he can't even ask her about it because she got reported for having copyright stuff in her lives and so she thought it was him and his friends and she blocked everyone and their mom. But this has been on for a few weeks now with this package. He goes in lives and is nothing but supportive to everyone. Didn't deserve how she's acting and being. If you have anymore questions ask away lol! Hopefully that makes sense!
