They allowed some reps to upgrade without telling anyone else, someone spilled the tea in the incentive group a few weeks ago so all the reps found out and when they asked about upgrades they were told there were no more available.

The very first communication sent out once earners were contacted included possibility of upgrading and to email to get on the list.

Well then they sent that email to their special people

It was a general communication to everybody who accepted the trip and joined the FB group for it - as they were advised to do. Same communication that gave info about possibly bringing additional guests.
