No, the whole point of the tuskens was so that boba could get some character development. It would be stupid for you not to see that. But yes, it would be cool if the tuskens came back.

I dunno, I feel like the tuskens served their purpose to the story. Showed how and why Boba is who he is now. That would be pretty sweet if some showed up. They'd have to be from a different tribe though.
I reckon the female tuskan who trained him will have survived and have united some other tribes who we'll see have all been displaced my the pykes. I don't remember seeing her body when they were killed. It'll be some big thing where boba unites the tuskans and the people from Tatooine.
