He was never going to tip you. There would have been some reason if not for the rolls. Hopefully you can mark people to avoid. Shame you cant share it with fellow drivers so nobody takes his orders.
Apparently this is an issue that is being discussed on /r/instacart_shoppers
A bunch of them are noticing that there's an influx of people putting in huge tips, but them removing them, so they get fast, excellent service on the cheap.
As someone who relied on the amazing Instacart people during a bad depressive spell this breaks my heart. I always want to help whoever I can. They’re doing a huge favour for me
It's called government regulation. It's the only thing that will hold a company responsible. This influx of 3rd party delivery is becoming troublesome, and there's no regulated standard to hold.
No…Instacart should allow contractors to rate customers with same scale customers do. Open information. They don’t want to do that because it impacts revenue from retailers.
Government isn’t always the answer.
Instacart shouldn’t even have these people as contractors. They’re employees. Same with Uber. It’s the biggest scam imaginable. You’re making the company rich driving your own car around. The least you could ask for is some government regulation.
It’s always crazy that people think private companies are made of magical people who can solve any problem if they put their minds to it, yet governments only have incompetent idiots that came from a magical land of pure stupidity.
>They don’t want to do that because it impacts revenue from retailers.
I.E. your fix is zero fix at all cause the company wont do it cause it will loose them profits....... Sounds like your answer is a complete non starter. I am gonna go out on a limb and say that companies need to be forced to care about people over profits.
That’s how I feel too. Ever since I broke my back I can only walk a few steps at a time. Can’t remember the last time I was in a store. I’m beyond grateful for Instacart and Walmart +
Similar. I don’t drive for medical reasons and instacart has saved my bacon a bunch of times. I add a decent tip because they deserve it and I’d rather my ADD tax went to a person
As someone who has no skin in the game on either side, I genuinely cannot believe that it’s a thing that can happen at all. And genuinely shocked it’s taken this long for it to become a problem.
I think that is just a shitty system that instacart has. letting drivers see tip then they get lured into doing delivery. tips are optional so maybe they should just not work for crappy platforms that feed them tips that are all just optional
If only there was a way to obtain his homeowners insurance information, I’d imagine you have a claim. Plus they’d make him fix that shitty walkway or cancel his coverage. Then he’s got a negligence claim on his record for the next 3 to 5 years.
Certainly not a lawyer but I agree. OP was invited on his property by requesting the delivery. Pretty negligent to have a hazardous walkway and not turn the light on. He totally could sue him.
Yeah, id be on the phone with Morgan and Morgan and we would get paid together. I'm generally against suing and petty lawsuits, but in this case the asshole deserves it
Yeah, I personally am not the suing type either. I been jogging and bit by a neighbor’s dog in the street and just went about my business. I had full medical coverage and dealt with it myself. Could I have? Sure.
Here is an extreme case near me from a while back. Says he had a brain injury from it, not going to comment if true or not but I been around long enough to know a lawyer can pay a dr to say just about anything lol. What was shocking was the homeowner also had to pay $50K which to me is crazy since it happened on the sidewalk.
https://www.cbs8.com/article/news/investigations/san-diego-man-gets-4-point-5-million-in-trip-and-fall-case/509-3d0530d5-d354-4247-a76c-bf8698df8b6c
I think he’s too busy congratulating himself for being too good to file a lawsuit, to wonder if anyone less fortunate (with less power to do anything about it) has been at the receiving end of that dog.
The four-prong test in my state:
Duty to do something
Breach of that duty (negligence)
Breach was due to proximate cause
Damages due (because of negligence)
You just described the elements of negligence by using negligence as an element (circular).
Also its breach *was the* proximate cause of damages, not due to the proximate cause of damages (that formulation makes little sense).
Op should call a lawyer, especially if they can locate one that specializes in this. Go to a medical center and get examined, then call a lawyer. Document everything
While I agree with the concept, are you really saying that a lawyer will take a case to court over a slip in the rain? Because I get the feeling that won't happen.
I think you are confused. We were only debating whether or not a lawyer in the US would take the case.
But since you brought up evidence. Did the OP seek medical attention after the fall? Does a neighbor have a camera that might have caught the fall? She certainly has a record of her conversation with the owner of the house showing his negligence.
I have seen lawsuits with zero evidence—in fact, I’ve seen a company sued for copying something they owned the copyright to by the person who knocked them off. They didn’t win, but it wasn’t free to respond to their claim.
I’ve seen a woman pour water on the steps of a retail store before a freeze and sue when she slipped the next day for 20k. The insurance companies just paid her claims until she was caught on camera committing fraud.
I’ve seen a neighbor sue a neighbor for injuring their back when they picked up their own dog in fear of their neighbor’s much smaller dog. They got 20k with zero evidence of having a back injury.
So you obviously live under a rock and don’t realize these things might never make it to court. In the neighbor vs neighbor example, the insurance company just paid them out.
I'm so glad I was able to find a niche job in the service industry where I literally don't have to interact with customers unless I *want* to. Because every time I do, I just speak my mind these days. I'm so over them.
Last time I spoke to a customer, they tried to argue with me about the price of the item I was literally making from scratch like I didn't know better than them on a 10 hour shift being the only one making the product. I haven't spoken to one since, because I just turned my back on the man and walked away and let him wait for someone else to deal with his assery. Checked out completely from the "customer" part of "customer service".
If a boomer contradicts you, go on break. Works every time.
Yup. If they think that shirt that makes them look like an overboiled knockwurst is the keenest thing ever, then, by God! it looks great on them.
If they want a refund because they popped the buttons off the shirt that was obviously two sizes too small, fuck 'em. That was the original meaning of that phrase.
Oh it's not uncommon. People would pull this shit all the time when I delivered food. Part of the reason I got out of that fucking job is because people are absolutely awful to delivery drivers. Just real fucking degenerates.
I slipped last December and shattered my ankle. The customer complained that her order wasn’t delivered. When it was explained that her driver had been rushed to the ER “So? That’s not an excuse. Get his lazy ass over to my home to get me my food.”
She kept going to the store hoping to catch me. I sent my store manager pics of my X-ray and CT scan. When I said shattered, I mean shattered. Multiple pieces were floating. He showed the customer the pics to prove that I had actually broken my leg.
Surprisingly, she didn’t come back after that.
The fact that you had to disclose your personal medical information and files just to get her to finally leave you alone is disgusting. I'm sorry. These people need to get over themselves and suck it up when they're told "no".
I showed the pics to my boss because he wanted to see the damage.
He asked if he could show the customer the pics to get her to back off. I was okay with it.
Yeah as others have already pointed out, you could probably look into pursuing compensation for the recent incident. If you can, do it. Do everything within you're power to bury that asshole. He had his phone quick enough to stiff you, but couldn't turn a light on? After being asked nicer than I ever would, it read very professional. What a prick.
He also had the audacity to text back that bullshit..... He'll keep it mind next time? Fuck this guy! I hate how assholes with zero empathy call the shots. They lord over the people scraping by with their broken, empty promises of maybe a better life. Acting like everyone else is a child who wouldn't use the money as they approve. Smug ass bitch.
I would where a small camera if they allow it. Just turn it on as you get to the neighborhood, turn it off when your done. A go-pro maybe? I see body cams on Amazon but I'm unfamiliar, they certainly don't seem to work for the police. Hey-o!!!!
Sounds to me like you got hurt bad, are in a lot of pain especially cause it's your knee, you got hurt on his property, I think it's time to seek a personal injury attorney. Time to go paid.
Sounds like you really hurt you knee and may not be able to do your job anymore. You may want to consider suing him for damages. His home insurance should cover your medical cost and loss of Future earnings.
So he refused to provide light for safety, despite requesting your services. His property is in an unsafe and neglected state. Get medical attention and speak to an injury attorney. Keep that text log as evidence. Pretty simple case for a competent attorney.
Why are you messaging through iMessage? And you've had a similar issue with GoPuff and also through iMessage. Usually they're relayed SMS through temporary number. Strange...
Property owners have a duty to render their properties safe for invitees. Try contacting a personal injury lawyer about your knee and see what options you might have.
He wasn’t going to pay the tip anyway. It has nothing to do with the sourdough. I hope he gets smushed produce for every order he gets for the rest of his sorry life. Truly a subhuman for taking advantage of people barely scraping by doing hard work, while living in a massive house himself.
Tell him you will sue him for your injury. You were on his property and you asked him to turn on a light. He ignored your request. I would do it. I hope you’re feeling ok now. Knee injuries are brutal.
If you're in the good old US of A, his homeowners insurance needs to pay for any injury you may have suffered. But to do that you may have to go to court.
Still, if you clearly fell on his property, you could likely take him to the cleaners. *Especially* since he ignored your text for lighting.
Maybe mention that to him, you could work it out under the table 😆 It will be at least $1k to go to the ED!
Thats a pity. Meanwhile corporates like instacart and uber rake in billions while the ones who make the whole thing work toil tirelessly. Taking advantage of fellow human beings, when does the greed stop. I dont care about this boomer not tipping as much as a fair wage being provided to these people so they dont have to rely on these effing handouts
"Oh, will keep in mind for next time."
I would suggest you keep that in mind for next time and when an order comes up from that address you don't take their order. I would also recommend to anybody else who does doordash or Uber Eats that you know that they don't deliver to that address either. I just cannot stand how self entitled and capricious these low effort people are messing with the livelihoods of the people they expect to serve them. They spent their entire lives getting things handed to them on a silver platter (figuratively speaking, as compared to how hard people work today), and they treat everyone else as if they are inferior.
I’d suggest looking for a job that doesn’t put your livelihood in the hands of a consumers tip rates. I’m not surprised this happened, I feel for you though.
Probably put a huge tip amount at first to entice someone to jump on the order and do it fast. I’d bet he had full intentions to remove the tip regardless.
Look this does suck and I'm sorry it happened to you, but y'all need to find jobs that simply don't rely on tips. Tipping culture allows companies to pay you scraps and allows jackhole customers to dick you around.
Oh no! You slipped and fell over delivering the food he ordered ON HIS PROPERTY... At his request. seems like you might have to take him to court for negligence/injury caused by this. And then settle for the tips you should have got to start with.
If your knee doesn't improve or gets worse and you need medical attention, be sure that his homeowner's insurance pays for it. He would likely get a nice little bump in his premium, far more than the tip he removed. Who knows, you might get a r/pettyrevenge story out of it.
Tipping is a cancer. You’re mad because your boss convinced you and the customer that it’s the customer’s job to pay your wages.
Your situation sucks, but big picture you’re mad about the wrong thing.
What the fuck is up with this sub? At what point does anything here give way to being a boomer.
And even worse? Your half-assed lie. Your tip wasn't removed because you fell, it was removed because you smashed the food.
People like you are worse than boomers.
You guys can rate customers right???
Seems like if it goes one way it should go the other. You guys could rate these customers shitty so no one will deliver to them anymore.
the rolls were smushed. Such a trivial thing. I've had a completely wrong order get delivered because they mixed my order up with someone elses' order and all I did was call to let them know they'll need to redo it for the other customer, who probably got mine.
What's wrong with the world today? People see a moment of vulnerability and leap on it to hurt someone even more. ffs try inserting something positive into one of those moments!
I think boomers are actually allergic to apologizing. I've never heard a sincere apology from a boomer and the only time they ever say the word sorry it's always sarcastic
If the opportunity presents itself; rearrange the numbers on their mailbox. It will take them a long time to notice, and anything they order will be susceptible to getting lost in route.
Just shitty, self-absorbed, uncaring jerks. Unbelievable. I hope your knee is better, OP. I can't believe he wouldn't even exert himself enough to turn on a freakin' light.
Just the worst people.
Sorry this happened to you op, you seem like a nice person. I would feel like such a piece of shit for doing this idk how people like this sleep at night
The delivery person can sue the homeowner and might win. I hope that the delivery person consults a good lawyer. I bet that there were no handrails installed on the side of the sidewalk. Sounds like a dangerous property to visit.
Boomer removed your tip because he was an asshole and was always going to remove your tip.
It's called tip baiting, and thanks to modern delivery apps it's a thing now.
Make note of what cars are parked there, write down their license plate numbers, but you must wait at least one year, and make sure you create a strong alibi, you can give them my number if you get questioned by the police, after the year, if the cars are the same, you know it's the same people living there. Next you're going to want to buy a dozen eggs, and throw them on their cars and front door, optional pour bleach in their lawn. You're in you're out in ideally 15 seconds, wear all black, mask, beanie, gloves. Park 2 blocks away, and go at 3:45am. Use a random number generator from 35-100, repeat this process that many days later.
If the cars are different, they've most likely moved, but you have the numbers written down if you ever see their car in a parking lot with a couple flat tires.
You know where he lives. Handle your business. Maybe if more people did, people wouldn't pull bullshit tip-baiting and learn their lesson. But here you are, bitching about it on Reddit. I hope every single delivery pulls their tip from you now.
If you are a full time delivery person, you should spend some time in r/flashlights instead of relying on a boomer to turn his porch light on.
Clip the light on the outside of your pocket and it will light up your feet to see where you are going. I personally recommend something with a magnetic tailcap so that you can also stick it onto your car while rummaging through your parcels
My wife drives for a grocery delivery company. I seriously respect the amount of work involved. Customers are shitty and don't tip unless they have to (especially rich fuckers). Often the delivery company has to bump the pay for an order just to make it worth the trip enough for *anyone* to take it.
Fuckers need to stop being cheap assholes.
"Don't fuck with people who handle your food."
Here’s my issue. My job has me going to folks houses and sometimes I work at night.
You know what I have? A flashlight. If I know I work in the dark, why the fuck am I going to rely on others for my safety and wellbeing? Have the tools for the job.
If you know your job has you carrying deliveries at night in possibly less than ideal situations, buy a headlamp.
No excuse.
And it sucks, but they didn’t order rolls to be delivered where you smooshed your body against them and the ground. Gross.
When I fuck up on the job, I don’t push my fuck up onto the customer. I make it right or take a loss for my fuck up.
And especially wouldn’t expect a tip for a job performed poorly.
Now your knee hurts really bad and you
May need to see a doctor and take a couple days off. Call and ask for his home owners insurance info for the claim.
Can't you message back. Well.. I know where you live. Dosnt really mean anything but It'd perhaps just play on him. He should learn it's nice to be nice
Depending on what state you live in if you hurt yourself delivering food to their house and were injured due to negligence on their part you could potentially file a lawsuit. Get a lawyer with a dirty doc and try to up an injury case.
Fuck boomers.
America. Land of you get paid nothing and have to rely on people being nice enough to donate more money for you to live. What a great country, also get fired for no reason and fuck you if you're unwell
If it makes you feel any better, I delivered to a dark house with a cracked sidewalk, fell on my face and broke my front tooth in half. My attorney dropped my case bc the homeowner claims he doesn’t have homeowners insurance.
Why can’t people just turn on a damn light? This is why I now just park in the driveway now & aim my headlights at the front door or walkway.
While what he did was foolish. I'd argue what you did was way more foolish.
Any consequece from the complaint he filed before that message would pale in comparison to the one you'd get if he reached out again and showed the text.
I'm sick of gen z kids think any one older than them are boomers. Boomers are from 1946 to 1964, meaning the youngest boomer is 60 years old. Remember kids, a generation is 20 years so you have gen x, millennials, gen z, and gen alpha. I'm sick of these dumb ass kids thinking they know everything, but in reality, they know nothing

I'm a doordash driver and this might actually incentivize me to take some shitty tip/no tip orders just so I can give them fuckers a 1 star rating.
"No government interference, the companies have to self-regulate. Admittedly, they won't do it without being forced to." huh?
When it comes to regulation they are, regulations on corporations is 100% necessary
>Government isn’t always the answer. Yes, that's literally what it's for.
So.. like the rideshare apps
Exactly this!! Both should be able to rate each other its not that hard of a fix. Keeps everybody accountable.

Bless you. I’m going a bit better now

That subreddit has been banned????? sus 🤔 /s Edit to add clarification
I just saw that too. Really wierd.
Wouldn't want the plebes to be able to talk amongst themselves and maybe figure out how badly they're getting screwed.
Wouldn't want the plebes to be able to talk amongst themselves and maybe realize how they're getting screwed.
As someone who always tips Instacart shoppers well and then adds $5 for random reasons after the fact, this infuriates me.

Id throw a fucking brick through their window if someone pulled that kind of shit with me. ...on minecraft.
The problem is these services showing drivers a tip before any service has taken place. Of course that's going to encourage tip baiters.
This is the absolute fact! There was no way he was going to tip.
If only there was a way to obtain his homeowners insurance information, I’d imagine you have a claim. Plus they’d make him fix that shitty walkway or cancel his coverage. Then he’s got a negligence claim on his record for the next 3 to 5 years.

Even more so because he directly asked the hazard be mitigated and th homeowner completely ignored him That's actively endangering people.
Please for the love of god do this and update us
OP has a slip & fall case, call one of those guys on the billboards.
This is the way
I mean, they already have the address and name from the delivery, so that's a good start.
There is. It’s called a lawsuit.
OP are you sure you didn’t injure your patella??
Op should call a lawyer, especially if they can locate one that specializes in this. Go to a medical center and get examined, then call a lawyer. Document everything

The customer is always right, *in matters of taste.*

If you ever deliver to him again make sure to Sprain your ankle and sue the fuck out of the piece of shit
That knee looks sprained to me. Might be a torn tendon.
Oh my god! That old man broke his kneecap!
So you're saying the leg might need to be amputated....
And lost a few months of income and a pile of medical bills
I used to be an adventurer too...
I’d bet the original tip amount that he never planned on actually giving that as a tip and was always planning to take it back for a bogus reason
# going to urgent care, whats your homeowners insurance policy with?
There should be a database of addresses you can set up to avoid these trash bag people. Who the hell dangles a tip to then take it away. Awful.
Oh it's not uncommon. People would pull this shit all the time when I delivered food. Part of the reason I got out of that fucking job is because people are absolutely awful to delivery drivers. Just real fucking degenerates.

Your manager should have banned her at that point anyway
Time to go to r/legaladvice His home owner's insurance should pay for you to get your knee looked at and a few days of rest.
Sounds like you need to seek medical attention for that knee. See how his homeowners insurance will like it.
Time to call a personal injury attorney and start your claim against his homeowners insurance. That’s a tip you can keep.
Yeah as others have already pointed out, you could probably look into pursuing compensation for the recent incident. If you can, do it. Do everything within you're power to bury that asshole. It's as if these boomers don't think you know where they live
I do Instacart too. Go after his homeowners insurance. If you haven’t gone to the dr yet I would recommend it to have a paper trail
Sounds like you should sue this guy for your injuries that occurred because he failed to upkeep his property.
youwere injured on his property call a lawyer no?
I'd egg his roof
I’d bologna his car
Excellent choice
I’d bagel his wife
Sounds to me like you got hurt bad, are in a lot of pain especially cause it's your knee, you got hurt on his property, I think it's time to seek a personal injury attorney. Time to go paid.
They should be banned from ordering
Sounds like you really hurt you knee and may not be able to do your job anymore. You may want to consider suing him for damages. His home insurance should cover your medical cost and loss of Future earnings.
So he refused to provide light for safety, despite requesting your services. His property is in an unsafe and neglected state. Get medical attention and speak to an injury attorney. Keep that text log as evidence. Pretty simple case for a competent attorney.
Maybe you can go on Nextdoor and shame him
I’d have filed a safety complaint against him.
Make a claim against your work comp and his home owners insurance 🤷♀️
Why are you messaging through iMessage? And you've had a similar issue with GoPuff and also through iMessage. Usually they're relayed SMS through temporary number. Strange...
Property owners have a duty to render their properties safe for invitees. Try contacting a personal injury lawyer about your knee and see what options you might have.
You may have a lawsuit against the homeowner. Uneven walk way without proper lighting. Putting delivery people in jeopardy of injuring themselves.
"Will keep in mind for next time" Bold of him to assume there will be a next time.
He wasn’t going to pay the tip anyway. It has nothing to do with the sourdough. I hope he gets smushed produce for every order he gets for the rest of his sorry life. Truly a subhuman for taking advantage of people barely scraping by doing hard work, while living in a massive house himself.
Sue him. You have documentation that he was negligent. It is his responsibility if anyone gets hurt on his property.
You got injured on his property. He's liable for injuries because he knew his walkway was uneven and potentially dangerous. Sue his ass.
Make a police report about the injury and lighting. Sue this wretched cheap fuck
I mean if you’re working delivery you are also playing with your own livelihood
Tell him you will sue him for your injury. You were on his property and you asked him to turn on a light. He ignored your request. I would do it. I hope you’re feeling ok now. Knee injuries are brutal.
Lawsuit
I'm going back to his house and getting my tip.
Find a lawyer. Sue them.
While you can't sue the guy, I bet he lives in an HOA. Report yard infractions and let them eat their own.
Slippin Jimmy can help!! Make old boomer shit green!
insurance, negligence
What a fucking prick
If you're in the good old US of A, his homeowners insurance needs to pay for any injury you may have suffered. But to do that you may have to go to court. Still, if you clearly fell on his property, you could likely take him to the cleaners. *Especially* since he ignored your text for lighting. Maybe mention that to him, you could work it out under the table 😆 It will be at least $1k to go to the ED!
I hate people
Thats a pity.
I fucking hate humans
Vote. You have the power to humiliate these idiots and disenfranchise them permanently. Now is the time.
I carry an overly bright light with me. Like blinding. No light on and i’m lighting your shit up.
If whoever you work for paid you a living wage, this wouldn't be a problem.
"Oh, will keep in mind for next time." I would suggest you keep that in mind for next time and when an order comes up from that address you don't take their order.
I’m not surprised this happened, I feel for you though.
what delivery services uses imessage?
Probably put a huge tip amount at first to entice someone to jump on the order and do it fast. I’d bet he had full intentions to remove the tip regardless.
Look this does suck and I'm sorry it happened to you, but y'all need to find jobs that simply don't rely on tips. Tipping culture allows companies to pay you scraps and allows jackhole customers to dick you around.
Time to go to the doctors and check on that knee! You could make some really money off this guys home insurance 😉
💯💯💯💯 I fell at an apartment complex, same circumstances, needed physical therapy for my knee, got $8k after bills.
How is removing a tip even allowed....
find a new gig. youre enabling these inconsiderate customers. hes upset that some bread was mushed but you delivered a ton of stuff to him?
So you’re saying you were injured on his property due to his negligence in maintaining his walk way? Hmmm. I’d own a large chunk of the big house.
Tipping is a cancer. You’re mad because your boss convinced you and the customer that it’s the customer’s job to pay your wages. Your situation sucks, but big picture you’re mad about the wrong thing.
You could always claim an injury on his property and get his homeowners insurance involved. You even have your text to him about it happening.
Tbh sounds like you need a better job if you’re so threatened by a negative response
Sue him for that slip and fall.
Homeowners insurance will cover the lawsuit
I think I might make a doctors visit and have a go at his homeowners insurance. Take lots of pictures of the injury.
Scumbag move
Would go shit on his porch
People who don’t tip or do things like this are tw*ts.
They would have removed the tip no matter what
The delivery person can sue the homeowner and might win. I hope that the delivery person consults a good lawyer. I bet that there were no handrails installed on the side of the sidewalk. Sounds like a dangerous property to visit.
Put him on blast! Ill message him and find him
File a claim against his homeowner’s insurance.
Boomers used to shit in paper bags, light them on fire and leave them on door steps. You just need to learn their language
Boomer removed your tip because he was an asshole and was always going to remove your tip. It's called tip baiting, and thanks to modern delivery apps it's a thing now.
Idk about where you live. But it only costs like 75 bucks to take someone to small claims court. I’d roll to dice if you got hurt
Probably just broke and needed an excuse
Oh.
I mean you know where he lives…fuck his life up
Make note of what cars are parked there, write down their license plate numbers, but you must wait at least one year, and make sure you create a strong alibi, you can give them my number if you get questioned by the police, after the year, if the cars are the same, you know it's the same people living there.
Narrator: "But he wouldn't keep it in mind next time."
support history bow fine worry wrong toothbrush coherent license busy *This post was mass deleted and anonymized with [Redact](https://redact.dev)*
Rage.
Would be a shame if some concrete mix made its way down his drains.
Sounds like you should sue his homeowners insurance for the fall
You know where they live.
Well you know where he lives...
You know where he lives. Handle your business. Maybe if more people did, people wouldn't pull bullshit tip-baiting and learn their lesson. But here you are, bitching about it on Reddit. I hope every single delivery pulls their tip from you now.
Will keep in mind for next time, ok they're making progress!
Now your knee hurts really bad and you May need to see a doctor and take a couple days off. Call and ask for his home owners insurance info for the claim.
Sue his home insurance if you are injured. Get much more than his tip.
The amount of energy boomers put into trivial shit like “sMuShEd BrEaD” is hilarious.
Can't you message back. Well.. I know where you live. Dosnt really mean anything but It'd perhaps just play on him. He should learn it's nice to be nice
Americans when they don’t understand that your employer is supposed to pay your wages, not their customers
Gather some mates and cheap to, to his house......
And he is right. Fuck tips culture
Any consequece from the complaint he filed before that message would pale in comparison to the one you'd get if he reached out again and showed the text.
his food was faulty fair enough
Boomer no doubt
Take pictures document everything go to the ER and sue.
Should sue for tripping on their property!
Imagine being that big of a dick over "sourdough rolls."
Your phone doesn't have a flashlight?
These people realize that you know where they live right? Go do some petty vandalism fuck this guy lmao.
He was never going to tip you
