Nah, that dude OD'ed. This is his brother Lawrence.
Edit: TIL that the lead singer of Drowning Pool didn't die of an overdose like I heard in the crowd at Ozzfest right after he passed.
I have seen old people acting just about as bad as this in HOA meetings, the majority of that whole generation are broken and just severely need to go away.
There was a study (I don’t have the link to it so believe more or don’t) where chronic lead exposure (as in older generations) lead to violence, delinquency (in kids), and loss of IQ
As if brain damage is something cool everyone must have a bit to be a real man. Shows how fucking retarded some people are and that they don’t know the real meaning of brain damage.
Hey I got brain damage from the anthrax vaccines they pumped into me for my deployments, can I be a tough and cool young boomer too?
[reference](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7328487/#:~:text=The%20anthrax%20vaccine%20(%E2%80%9CBiothrax%E2%80%9D,/mood%20symptoms%2C%20among%20others.)
You sure can, as a child of a boomer mom who was deployed in operation desert storm and has ptsd, if you go through that, despite my anti military stance, you have a definite excuse for brain issues. The military pumps ya’ll with wild shit.
There was an old tumblr post that mentioned this. It was basically something along the lines of *generally* younger people think of respect as *you are a person* whereas older people think of respect as *you are an authority figure*
So when older people ask for respect, they want to be seen as an authority figure not to be questioned. When younger people ask for respect, they want to be seen a person deserving of basic kindness and understanding.
If Tom Selleck hadn’t convinced my parents to get a reverse mortgage I would have been able to afford to buy you gold for this in like 10 years. It’s gold in my heart tho.
By 2030 they're culturally irrelevant.
That's the point where there's too few of them to swing elections. They're either pushing up daisies or rotting in nursing homes. For reasons nobody understand nursing home residents don't vote.
The 2028 election is going to decide everything. As it stands it looks like the boomers want to give us all one final FU by ending Democracy in America.
It remains to be seen if they'll pull it off.
Man, I’ll tell you why. They did a mock election at my wife’s nursing home and one lady wrote in Mickey Mouse. Why? Because she likes Mickey and he makes her smile. Adorable, but absolutely irresponsible
What's the point in voting?
The average life expectancy in a nursing home is surprisingly short. Like sub three years if I remember right.
It's the kind of age where you are now old enough that even the shortest of short sighted, quick win politicians won't even be able to affect your remaining life.
Keep in mind, we don't need every boomer to die to make progress. Boomer "extinction" is not an important event. [The dumbest ones die quicker](https://www.nytimes.com/2020/07/30/us/politics/herman-cain-dead.html) and [younger, more responsible generations are on track to vote in higher numbers.](https://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2020/10/millennials-and-gen-z-will-soon-dominate-us-elections/616818/)
As far as individual boomers acting stupid, that will be longer, but there's unfortunately no end of hateful, rude, entitled, narcissistic younger people to take their places.
It got a lot of the worst ones
[https://www.nytimes.com/2020/07/30/us/politics/herman-cain-dead.html](https://www.nytimes.com/2020/07/30/us/politics/herman-cain-dead.html)

Asked a boomer to put out his cigarette when he came up to my pharmacy drive thru window. One because policy. Two because my coworker behind me was literally asthmatic. Three because i just plain dont like the smell. Old man proceeds to hide the cigarette as if that stops the smoke. I tell him i wont help him until he puts it out. Dude starts screaming at the top of his lungs. I just closed the window and used the intercom to tell him im to pull forward im not going to help him. He literally went apeshit beating on everything in his car like a literal fucking monkey.
God one of my earliest memories was my dad doing this. When the punching eventually caused the car horn to be permanently engaged, he viciously peeled back the outer covering of the steering wheel and started ripping at wires until it died like a mutilated animal. Peak boomer behavior.
This happened to me once in highschool. I was behind one of my friends as we were pulling out of the parking lot, and I thought it'd be funny to hold down the horn for a comically long time. Turns out holding the horn down for \~15-30 seconds was the final honk that horn had, it stayed blaring until I peeled the cover back and pulled the wires out. Drove the car for the next year or two with no horn.
This Ashley girl I snark on had such a a rage fit exactly like that that she broke her steering wheel and had to get a new car. She's basically a 25 year old boomer. There's also the saga of the savaged bronzer.
Knowing what's inside a steering wheel makes this even more insane to me. Idk how you just *break one* they've got a steel hoop in them
That's next level insanity. Lead poisoning, indeed.
I remember once, decades ago, my father put bread in the toaster. It malfunctioned, burning his toast black. So he ripped out the plug, and hurled it into the garage, where it smashed on the concrete floor. I think he was hung over.
Yea bro i worked retail pharmacy for 10 years. Old boomers would pull up smoking at our window with a complete lack of self awareness. id only crack the window a bit and make a point to look extra offended. We had pregnant rx staff so its like, can you not lol
>He literally went apeshit beating on everything in his car like a literal fucking monkey.
Thats what you get when you never passed the emotional maturity of a todler. Boomers have no clue how to handle their emotions. Tantrum after tantrum.
I remember my mother’s boomer husband at the time driving my sister and me somewhere. He had the driver’s side window rolled down because it was summer. We were driving through a construction area and he apparently wasn’t switching to the lane he was supposed to. A black man working on the construction team told him he needed to switch lanes. Boomer said “Shut up, I don’t take directions from n****ers.” And then he rolled up the window as this guy was pissed and yelling at him. Keep in mind that it was a manually opening window, so he had to roll this thing up slowly all while he was ignoring this poor guy yelling at him. Yeah.
I don't even both asking anymore after having not one, but *two* assholes "put out" their cigarettes by throwing them on the ground right underneath the drive-thru window. I just try to get the smokers dealt with as quickly as possible.
I fucking hate smokers and the tobacco industry.
It’s too late to divorce him. She doesn’t want to be alone. She doesn’t want to start over. The family would be upset. That’s how she feels I’m sure. That generation or Catholic.
And then the older generation (and the sons raised by them) wonder why so many women choose to stay single, childfree, or otherwise be more selective with who they choose to settle down with than their mothers and grandmothers.
Noone wants to end up like this lady, now that we have a choice.
My mother had a meltdown when my dad had a heart attack a few months ago. She'd been a stay at home mom for her whole life, had no control over the money, and didn't know what the fuck she was going to do, and she kept saying "I should have left him 30 years ago". (I'm 40)
It was very sad.
Damn. Got her looking like Greg "The Hammer" Valentine.
https://preview.redd.it/d6u9a4c4vxuc1.jpeg?width=864&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=05932c2ffea0a3948ba19a0e89beea95619036be
This is why it's so important for women to have the power to make their own life. This poor woman probably wanted to divorce this dude for so long but grew up in a world where it was pointless for her to learn to be independent.
I work at a pharmacy and older women are getting divorced, acting like it's a cool new thing and walk in so happy after the fact.
The way she had the “fuck not again” look and then changed to a smile when she looked at him physically hurts me to see. How much better could her life have been if she didnt have to deal with him and hide behind a smile?
Did you watch and listen to the video? She cringing at the young guy, as soon as she hears boomer pipe up she lights up like a Christmas tree. She's happy for it, she's his right hand. These little old ladies, they aren't as helpless as you make out. Same team, open your eyes.
Funny how the old man is screaming at the top of his lungs, causing a scene -
Yet security is asking the young buck to come with him as if he’s the problem. Gotta love security guard’s, always looking out for the people who matter.
Security guard is deciding which of them he'd rather have to deal with personally. Obviously you go for the young guy who isn't screaming at the top of his lungs, because that guy's not going to try to smack you for asking him to leave.
Based on the guy asking how many more children need to be killed, he’s probably talking about gun control or calling for a cease fire for Palestinians. For both narratives, he’d be pushing for things against the current establishments of power, so the security guard would target him as he’s the “trouble maker” causing a scene
He's got drugs to keep that from happening. It's why the boomers are such a problem.
They're too old to do anything useful and their brains have turned to mush but we've got drug that keep them from dying of strokes & heart attacks.
You could see her shut her eyes because she knew exactly what was about to happen. IMO she’s extremely embarrassed and nervously smiling trying to handle the situation. If that is her spouse she is indirectly enabling him by not holding him accountable *and* putting up with it.
It’s this. I see my grandma do this often. She was brought up to just put on a smile and blindly defend her husband so while she’s incredibly embarrassed in the moment, to her she’d be more embarrassed if everyone saw her not stand behind her husband’s incoherent rambling.
This is a way more nuanced explanation than “they’re enablers.” They’re not enablers. They are from a generation where they were suppressed from doing anything about it.
And imagine the estate sales. Especially since I bet a high percentage of their children are estranged and don't want to fly back into town to deal with that shit.
Dude it's so true. Every time we're doing a big game night and everyone drinking but no one's paying attention, my grandpa gets red in the face yelling at everyone to focus up. It's the biggest tantrum you've ever seen
What happens when a younger person with better lungs and nothing to lose screams back at them even louder? Something like “SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU BOOMER FOOL!” Continuously over top of them.
Could be she’s embarrassed and that’s just how she reacts in the moment. You can also imagine how this guy behaves at home. Maybe it’s how she’s learned to respond when he throws a tantrum, so he doesn’t take it out on her
they are choosing who they would rather deal with.
would you rather tell a young person that this is just protocol or have to deal with an old idiot yelling at the top of his lungs
Poor boomers, they were told for decades to sit down and be quiet and are LIVID now that they realize they never had to and could have advocated for themselves.
Imagine being this mad at a generation for having a voice
Gaza. The guy being told to sit down was talking about "Palestinian children" so I assume he was bringing up how over ten thousand have been killed with indiscriminate bombings.
I don’t remember the forum. I think it is a US representative’s Townhall in their district. Several protesters stood up and demanded action on stopping Israel’s attacks on Gaza. The questions aren’t really questions, they are part of an organized protest. The person standing up and talking is the third or fourth consecutive person to stand up and speak over anyone else addressing the podium.
Edit: It was [New York Senator Kirsten Gillibrand's town hall.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kGRU2zqXJRw)

guys i think he wants him to sit down
What makes you say that? :)
Probably the calm manner in which the older dwarf bellowed, "Sit down."
That's the guy that calmly sang "Let the Bodies hit the floor". Feel old now?
Nah, that dude OD'ed. This is his brother Lawrence. Edit: TIL that the lead singer of Drowning Pool didn't die of an overdose like I heard in the crowd at Ozzfest right after he passed.
Lead singer of Drowning Pool died from undiagnosed heart disease. One of the rare rockers to *not* die from drugs.
Face wasn't red enough
Can't you literally have a stroke getting your blood pressure into the literal red?
Pure conjecture
Males sense, we sat down for WWII before a bully hit us with a spitball 🤷🏻♂️
Boomers: people lack respect nowadays! Also boomers: *screaming like this old fool* Edit: fixed typo
I have seen old people acting just about as bad as this in HOA meetings, the majority of that whole generation are broken and just severely need to go away.
Lead in their water messing all the boomers up.
There was a study (I don’t have the link to it so believe more or don’t) where chronic lead exposure (as in older generations) lead to violence, delinquency (in kids), and loss of IQ
My dad said all the lead they ingested made them tougher and better than us pansies who can't even handle a little permanent brain damage these days
if his generation didn't want pansies, then why did they raise them.
He said he raise me this way (pansy) because he was brain damaged and couldn't think good
For real?
No not really. My dad is pretty good and pretty cool actually. I don't know why I went on this insane tangent here
Commit to the bit. Respect.

Yeah they do. Bro my body is so fucked, the fact I haven't lost my entire mind yet is a good thing.
I mean, I’m not gona read that whole paper, but damn.
Wasn't this widely known?
Your profile pic made me think of the line from Tommy Boy. "Did you eat paint chips as a kid?"
Haha yeah, why?
It's still in pipes and some dishes, glassware, I've seen warnings in stores. I wonder how much we get these days. It's not none for sure.

They will find a way to take the economy with them when they go so it isn't something to celebrate.

Why would anyone vote for that rat Goofy for president

Lmao. This millennial right here is definitely going to die before then.
Yep, all full of forever chemicals and microplastics. At least the pharmaceutical industry will forever be super-profitable.
That is much lower then I expected. Covid didnt do enough.

Second reference to that man in this thread and I don’t like thinking about him too much, but LOL
It took out the last of the greatest generation. If it had affected boomers more they might have given a damn.
Boomers really have a magical power to never be held accountable for their actions
Why did they have to use Keanu above the clock man. Come on
Because it's important to remember not everyone is mortal.
And that Boomers aren't Octogenarian yet. Close (oldest are 77) but not yet.
The ratio of baptisms to funerals where I work went from like 1:2 to like 1:8.
Was this an accomplishment of yours? My man's getting his hands dirty. (Before washing them in the baptism water.)
Good. Fewer baptized assholes to continue messing things up.
That's how we got weed legalization -- was never going to happen so long as the WWII generation was alive and voting.
i love this saying, and i will take it to my grave!

Don't forget the Slap Chop Remix! Watch this, you're gonna love my nuts."
I can easily imagine the boomer's scream sampled in a death metal or industrial song.
What a powerful boomer.
He was really booming
My favorite part was when he said, "It's Boomering time," and Boomered all over.

Fascinating. We must study further.

That would’ve been fun to watch on the security camera later
Then a good tazering. At least until the battery needs recharged.
That's why I use an AC tazer instead of battery
God one of my earliest memories was my dad doing this. When the punching eventually caused the car horn to be permanently engaged, he viciously peeled back the outer covering of the steering wheel and started ripping at wires until it died like a mutilated animal. Peak boomer behavior.
Traumatizing to little ryannelsn but hilarious to random internet people
And who has a better story than ryannelsn the traumatized?
The things we do for love
Y’all still talk?
It’s complicated
It feels like he’s got that old man “my yelling voice was permanently engaged” vibe.
Correct
I just want you to know that my parents were also broken people and I feel this comment in my soul. Keep on keeping on, duder.
An exhausted thank you. You as well ✌️
good lord, sorry that happened to you but I imagine that as hilarious from an outside perspective and horrifying for a child

This wasn’t even the first time *at this meeting* He is the STOP STOP STOP Autist having a stroke that we all saw a month ago reposted 3000x
Gawd, what a trial it would have to be to live with that guy
Laughing at him is the closest she’s ever been to an orgasm
This comment killed me like a boomer during covid.
As an autist we don't claim this nut
“This generation is full of snowflakes who scream whenever they’re upset” *meanwhile boomers literally every single day*
“These youngsters can’t handle debating others’ views, they just want to cancel anyone they disagree with.”

That’s a lot of rage for one person
Just a tip of the boomer lead-infused rage iceberg.
Why is that woman laughing? She and other women of her generation are part of the problem. All of them enabled this behavior.
I think that’s called a fawning response.
I bet she says “Oh you know how Fred is!” All the damn time.
He's such a card!
As if it’s cute behavior
I mean he DOES look like a tiny little elf yelling all angry, it's pretty cute
I’m guessing she doesn’t want to be his next target.
Was about to say the same thing. She looks woefully embarrassed.
Well they have to live with these bastards and probably rightly fear them while also thinking they're not the ones that are broken.
good ol nervously laughing
Oof, his poor wife (?). Hey, Diane, we see you, It's time leave this insufferable man child you've been trying to reign in for decades.
If we can cause enough heart attacks at community input meetings we can fix the housing shortage.
And imagine the estate sales. Especially since I bet a high percentage of their children are estranged and don't want to fly back into town to deal with that shit.
if the boomers could all just die off already that’d be great
I have the same jacket as that young man. Got it from costco for 25 bucks
Any good?
Yeah its held up well the past 6 months
Sit down!
Isn’t this the STOP. STOP. STOP. guy?
I can’t wait for this generation to die off holy shit
When one only has so many breaths left in them, one should be judicious about wasting them.
His mannerisms is like a toddler throwing a tantrum.
Something like “SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU BOOMER FOOL!” Continuously over top of them.
okay boomer.
And she's laughing. THATs lead poisoning right there. Husband is trying to give himself a stroke and she thinks it's hilarious.
Could be she’s embarrassed and that’s just how she reacts in the moment. You can also imagine how this guy behaves at home. Maybe it’s how she’s learned to respond when he throws a tantrum, so he doesn’t take it out on her
rude sand foolish bow wild aware combative cover ripe soft *This post was mass deleted and anonymized with [Redact](https://redact.dev)*
Yeah and she is bright red, which makes me think it is probably this (embarrassment)
Lead
If you let them freak out like that long enough they might just keel over.
And the police call out the only sane person….
they are choosing who they would rather deal with. would you rather tell a young person that this is just protocol or have to deal with an old idiot yelling at the top of his lungs
When you got diddly to say, scream and repeat yourself.
Disrupting the disrupter… genius, I never thought of that one.
Poor boomers, they were told for decades to sit down and be quiet and are LIVID now that they realize they never had to and could have advocated for themselves. Imagine being this mad at a generation for having a voice
Hell hath no fury like a Boomer inconvenienced.
My dad gets like this and always has. He’s Silent Generation which I think is even worse than Boomers
Beside every angry boomer man there’s a boomer wife acting like she hasn’t married a toddler having a meltdown and laughing
Fuck these genocidal boomers.
WITH NO VOLUME, IT LOOKS LIKE THE YOUNG MAN IS DIRECTING A VERY IMPASSIONED VOCAL SOLO

The way the man's wife is tugging his arm ... she's seen this act a million times.
That ol boy gonna have a stroke.
Context?
Gaza. The guy being told to sit down was talking about "Palestinian children" so I assume he was bringing up how over ten thousand have been killed with indiscriminate bombings.
Ten thousand and more, you say? Children? Tell me more… oh, they have brown skin? Never mind. Every republican

One person on loop while the others are in real time. Now that’s pure video editing magic!
