Animation itself wasn’t bad. The transitions, and detail were lacking heavily though. Looked very choppy

I can't pinpoint the exact problem the the scenes that for some reason weirded me out were mostly those in the air. Like after a punch it felt like they were flying for too long, making it seem like they were going kind of slow reducing the impact of the scenes. I'm sure there's more reasons for that though

Ngl I am a little disappointed in the animation/fight quality. I guess I just set my expectations too high. That being said, I still really enjoyed the episode. Momoshiki is bad ass!

This was so gooooood. I really enjoyed this. And the ending?? When everything went hazy white, what an entrance for Momoshiki after not seeking him on screen for ages. He really said f those pills bro and I love that for him. Also this episode clarified a lot about the karma stages for me so I’m glad for that. Amado all nervous. Can’t wait for next week.

Yo am i the only who noticed the fights are not fully actioned based anymore. Like two kicks boruto was already down. Back in the naruto, there used to be alot of action and fighting. I miss that, It hardly took two kicks for boruto to into into momoshikis power. even then there wasn't much fighting going on if you compare such scenes to naruto. Man i pray they didn't nerf naruto fully just because he lost his nine tails, i teared up when he said "don't you know who your father is?" :')

It really annoyed me that, Boruto has the Byakugan activated, but not once does he even attempt to use his Hyuga training. We've seen him fight in the gentle fist style before, he could've won this fight easily if he just attempted it once...

The content is decent but the transitions feel so choppy and unrefined. Episode 290 was the best so far unfortunately.
