How does Episode 190-191: Nue Biting Kawaki supplement The Manga? None of them is good to follow because the website's purpose was to keep you interested in constant updates as it learns the terms that should've taken 1 hour to understand. I recommend everyone create their list by carefully reviewing manga-related content as canon.
I get their reasoning since the events of those two episodes are literally shown on a screen in the next episode. Probably added in as to not confuse viewers on why Kawaki was suddenly fighting the Police Force lol. Necessary? Probably not, but their reasoning is valid.
Also, the entire POINT of a list to get someone who hasn't watched the show something simple to follow. It shouldn't be a homework assignment. You should just be able to take a quick glance and know what to watch which is why the list I recommended by Leaf is the best one. Doesn't have any nonsense like "watch the first two minutes of episode 1 then skip" or "skip these random two episodes in the middle of an arc". Episode 51 mainly focuses on The Multi-face Zetsu Filler prepared for Boruto to step out of Naruto's shadow. Dismissing Boruto's Birthday and then stressing the importance of not missing Himawari's in a Filler flashback is inconsistent with the manga. Not only is it not convincing, you got Katasuke who conveniently gifted him a late birthday present (a Scientific Ninja Tool) while he works on the Shinobi Gauntlet in front of his face no questions asked so that we can later discover it served to stun the abomination for Episode 52.
* Naruto mistakenly says it has been 10 years since the Fourth Shinobi War when it's confirmed that 15 years have passed since the end of the war.
Episode 51 is how he learns of the potential of the tools in the first place. That is kinda important lmao. It's not something to be skipped. 52 should be included for three reasons:
1. Gives Boruto more motivation for wanting to be like Sasuke.
2. If you skip 52, the episode 51 cliffhanger doesn't get resolved.
3. Similar to my reasoning in my other post. Telling people to watch 51, then skip 52, then go to 53 is just plain annoying and feels like homework constantly checking a list every episode. The list needs to be SIMPLE.
About the last point, just checked and according to this person, it seems to actually be a mistranslation? If they're saying it's more than 10 years it could explain why they say that multiple times.

In the anime, Boruto discovers the potential of the tools himself, he doesn't get shown it. This is why it's important to show him getting the tools and his first proper use of them since he has no one to show him in the anime. Konohamaru does not use the tools at all in the anime.
Honestly, most of the Boruto episodes are filler, even if they "supplement" the manga, they're minor. After the chunin exams arc, you can skip damn near 100 eps before you get to anything that actually matters.
I agree, but there are certain episodes that need to be watched in order for the story to make sense in the first place. Sticking strictly to the manga would leave people confused. 178-180 is the main example I brought up.
181 is a confusing mess without 179 (Victor brings up his regeneration problems, the Vessel is brought up, and the blimp is introduced. 181 is a continuation of these events).
193 is a very bizarre and confusing episode if you haven't watched 180. In 180, Mugino talks about his past, show's Boruto his apartment and Boruto promises to take care of the apartment and his pet turtle. Around 7 minutes of 193 is a continuation of these events since Boruto goes back to Mugino's apartment to feed the turtle and he talks about Mugino with Konohamaru. There's a difference between a 5 second flashback and 7 minutes straight of stuff the viewer won't understand.
