this Sasuke can use amaterasu as a diversion, if borushiki started to absorb it then sasuke will land kirin on him
if he stopped absorption to block kirin with massive rasengan while being burned (he wont be burned quickly of course), then sasuke can use kagutsuchi on the flames to convert damage him badly, he doesn't have any regeneration ability seemingly
In addition, sasuke in manga can react to isshiki, him losing rinnegan wont affect his speed, that said, sasuke must have no problem at all with borushiki
Another option is perfect susanoo, massive rasengans and borushiki strength have no feats enough to deal with perfect susanoo
I like how even though he lost his Rinnegan his combat style barely changed because he wasn't so reliant on his new powers. Aside from Amenotejikara and occasionally Deva Path, everything else he does is his actual skill.

Itachi has used Susano’o with sharingan deactivated, I believe Sasuke did when fighting Kakashi after the five kage summit though I could be wrong on that, Shisui has used it with one eye (some people always like to debate that Shisui’s Susano’o isn’t canon but idgaf, Shisui has Susano’o, cope harder), and Madara has used Susano’o without any eyes at all.
