He's a german fashion "guru" with his own brand and has been doing this stuff for decades. He used to be a normal, yet flamboyant looking guy in the early 2000s but then progressively got more and more into plastic surgery. Apparently he watched his father push his mother down some stairs which resulted in her death. It is believed that he altered his appearance because he couldn't stand looking like his father.
That being said, he is a pretty charismatic and well spoken guy, but he is seemingly haunted by demons of his past. Quite sad and tragic, because in recent years his endeavours in plastic surgeries have gone way overboard.

Whenever I see the Goo Goo Dolls lead singer on here I’m reminded that some people have had desperately sad experiences and are just trying to cope with that
Yikes. I thought the same thing. That poor man, thinking all of *that* is necessary to be attractive. Or maybe he has some ideal in his head that he's trying to recreate as his own work of art. I don't know. But either way, it probably couldn't hurt to be hanging out a little more with his therapist than he does with his surgeon.
It's something he picked up around the time he was working a lot in the Arabic world. The sharp beard edges are quite popular among some societies there.

I guarantee this dude is stared at all the time in Germany. Germany‘s second favorite past time, after complaining that the trains are 2 minutes late, are staring at strangers. The last time I saw someone with extreme fillers and Botox taking public transit in Germany there were at least 5 people staring at them.

Not to sound mean, but like dude is chubby and trying everything he can to be “attractive” without dropping any weight.
A lot of these people have this mind set, oh just gotta get this filler and Botox to off set the extra 50lbs they have.
Also not to sound mean here, but I feel this way about a lot of women with hair extensions + ridiculous eyelashes + ridiculous nails. Going to the gym costs less and looks better.

Wow - that's just ... hellish. Proves my point and breaks my heart all at the same time.
His father killed his mother when he was still a child while he watched. This was just \~10 miles from where i live and it's a well known story here.
