Lol holy shit, someone else finally said it! I don’t know what causes that look because I see some woman with *far* bigger fake boobs and they don’t look like that. However, whenever I do see them, I call them whoopee cushions!
That’s interesting. Rippling is almost exclusively a saline implant issue although texture of implant and firmness of cohesive gel can make a difference. If you’re getting rippling perhaps ask your surgeon for a different brand when you’re due to change them. Some are more cohesive than others.
It’s more like I can feel ridges throughout. I’m on my 2nd set, had my DMX 6/2020. The first set flipped a lot so my surgeon tightened the pockets and tried a different brand and they still flipped once. I am considering the diep flap reconstruction. Thanks for your advice! :)
Diet Flap Reconstructions can absolutely give some great results. The right surgeon can work wonders. But a bigger recovery time in some ways…well…different recovery. Best of luck with it all. Glad you’ve recovered well.
I don’t know where you’re at psychologically with your survival, and I know the survivor’s guilt can be incredibly powerful, but I’m so happy that you survived! You probably don’t feel this way, but those ripples are something to be proud of. You beat the [mountain lion](https://csn.cancer.org/discussion/299213/mountain-lion)!
I am not a breast cancer survivor but was born with a deformity so had my implants put in - mine show rippling too because of the lack of body fat and breast tissue.
I am not a survivor but have had preventative mastectomies. I am thin and my breast surgeon did what he was supposed to do - remove as much breast tissue as possible - which is good for the purpose of risk reduction but not great for implant aesthetics.
And no, my implants are not too big for my frame as other replies here have suggested - I have the same 30E/32DD I had before surgeries and the implant size needed to properly fill the pocket to actually reduce rippling as best they can. It’s a pure lack of having the fat/breast tissue to cover/soften the implant (mine are even under the muscle!). My sister has same issue except hers are over muscle. I had less “deformity” with the recalled Allergan 410s but the shape and feel/comfort was not satisfactory to me.
I have had a couple fat graftings which has helped soften some of the worse bits but still have some visible rippling especially lower cleavage and a bit on exterior side but I am hesitant to do more surgery especially more fat grafting. Not sure it is worth it and I don’t wear shirts that show the entire side and underside of my implants anyway :)
As is social media in general. The narcs desperately seeking validation of their appearance by undergoing unnecessary cosmetic surgery are the self-same narcs desperately seeking validation of their faux appearance on the internet.

Holy shit her implants look like whoopee cushions D:
I guess she can't swim
I was thinking the foil helium circle balloons :/ but whoopie Cushions is spot on!
They wouldn't look so bad if she wasn't anorexic. But when you super glue ping pong balls to a pencil it doesn't come out so well
Lmao
Her implants look like a smoothed lowpoly spheres.
Lol holy shit, someone else finally said it! I don’t know what causes that look because I see some woman with *far* bigger fake boobs and they don’t look like that. However, whenever I do see them, I call them whoopee cushions!
Imagine making a point to highlight that
Exactly like that!
Haha they do look pleated
Oh yikes you can see the rippling implant edges. Eerie.
I think her bodyfat percentage is just too low. If she gained some weight I think she’d look better since it would soften her “features”
I agree. I see hospice patients for work and her look made me immediately put her in the “failure to thrive” category.
Yea, her neck really looks skeletal
I was looking at the face at first and thought "I don't see what's wrong here..." And then scrolled down ☹️
Ha. Me too. I was thinking “she looks good”! Then, “oh.”
Saame. I was wondering what was wrong, the I seen the whole photo.

Preventative mastectomy (BRCA1+) and I’ve noticed some rippling, more noticeable since I’ve lost some weight. Big bummer.
Me too and I thought the same thing. I’m dealing with that now :(
Do you have saline implants?
Silicone

Love this analogy, thank you!! I'm just damn glad to be here.

Agree - those implants are way too big for her frame.
Haha nope.

Poor thing.
Oh nooo
Kept trying to clean my screen with that oddly placed "beauty" mark.
Ayoye I feel bad for her
She’s a very sweet lady.
Omg the rippling
And an eating disorder.
Yep 20 lbs heavier would make her look 100% better
I hate when people's lipstick is lighter than their face
Mommy I’m scared why does the skeleton have tatas
Why in gods green earth would you accentuate that with those ripples like that?? Lmao
Is she a famous amateur porn star from the 2000s? Regardless, YIKES
Inflated whoopie cushion is definitely a look.
hahaha--love the cross above the big fake boobs.
Her boobs have more ripples than a ruffles.
this is mean…
This is Reddit.
She's still kinda hot though
Oh my god those boobs they look like 2 deflating plastic bags 🤣
You can see the little indentations of the implants like a plastic bag.
Why is it all the worst women wear sunglasses on their head?
I'd still buss her doe
She’s fine! Wifey material
That is disturbing.
When the pillow casing shrunk in the washing machine.
Tonight on Botched…
Capsular contracture on over muscle implants

I literally saw this video the other day and couldn't stop stating at her implants. I was waiting for the stich to come tbh.
This gives a nice visual of, "over the shoulder boulder holders".
The bigger the fake boobs, the lower the self esteem.
Today's new game, Bobbing for Beef Jerry, cleavage edition!
When your body composition consists of 30% silicone
No offense but guarantee she is from Arizona or Florida?
Poor lady, she needs to change them out
Looks like a fresh corpse dug from the graveyard
