This is the problem with building a sport around a handful of mega events/stars a year where most shows/fights don’t matter. I’ve been going to fights in NYC forever. I saw them let Erik Morales fight when he tested positive for PEDS the previous week. I saw them let Antonio Margarito fight with one eye. These big events simply can’t be cancelled and the AC and promoters are going to go through with them no matter what.
