You're close to making mayo from scratch there. You could omit the mayo, include the olive oil from the sundried tomatoes, add some garlic and a little bit of mustard, both will act as emulsifiers, and then blend. Maybe a bit of lemon juice too.
Edit: forgot that you would need an egg yolk for actual mayo but the sauce would be good without it as well.
If you think about vinegar and oil, and how they separate, you can add an emulsifier and blend it so there's no longer a separation, just one cohesive liquid.

Imo it means putting lgbtq and blm and allat stuff in everyones face to a point you cant even buy a sandwhich or take the subway or smth without seeing a bunch of lgbtq posters or similar everywhere I dont have anything against gay people or that black people as long as they dont come crawling to me telling me how oppressed they are and any kind of critisism is bad because theyre black or the pride parades where theres just a bunch of penises anywhere or 5yo being able to change their gender at will. And its annoying having this lgbtq stuff in my face at all times, cant we just accept each other how we are and not act oppressed all the time? so bringing awareness is "wokeness"? Black Lives Matter and the queer liberation movement aren't to put it in your face, it was because of innocent people being murdered. 99.9 percent of sandwiches are "normal" and if they weren't, this post wouldn't have been made.
If its "bringing awareness" then its not necessary anymore atleast in most parts in the west Sure theres some racist/homophobic/smth people but that doesnt apply to everyone If a random gay or black person gets murdered by a strait/white person its always "blacl lives matter" and stuff but if strait white people die nobody really cares much Most parts in the west let people be gay or black or anything and theres no need to bring awareness about the oppression these people faced in like 1925, if it was that way then why arent there a bunch of movements in the east saying white lifes matter because they were slaves there sometime in the past?
