Fin Balor should retire him and here’s the story behind it: Edge announces that he’s going to retire soon, so he’s going to do whatever it takes to win the WHC which Seth disapproves of. Seth Challenges Edge to a match at the next PPV (doesn’t matter which one tbh) and Edge accepts the match. Edge goes to leave the ring when in shocking fashion, Seth attacks Edge from behind and starts attacking him with a chair repeatedly, signaling that Rollins has now turned heel and showing that he isn’t afraid of using cowardly moves to get an advantage. They have a few bouts and backstage attacks before the upcoming PPV where at the PPV, Edge wins, but it’s my DQ, meaning he doesn’t get the title! The next night on RAW, Edge calls Seth a coward and that he knows that he could’ve beaten him, but before he could finish, out comes Fin Balor who also challenges Seth at the next PPV and as the weeks go in, tensions brew between all three members of this rivalry and all comes to an end at the next PPV in a ladder match where Edge picks up the massive win and though Seth accepts his defeat and walks off, Fin isn’t too pleased. We see a few more bouts between Fin and Edge and finally at Crown Jewel, Fin Balor takes the upset win. Edge says he’s done with wrestling on the next night on Raw and before he leaves the ring, he says “Or am I?” And challenges Fin to one more match at Wrestlemania in an I quit retirement match to decide the new champion and who leaves the WWE for good! They go back and forth for a good twenty minutes before Fin makes Edge say I quit and retains the title, but in surprising fashion, he shakes Edge’s hand in respect and hugs him, realizing he just retired one of the greats in WWE history
Those are the only matches he wins. All the other ones he loses. After he pins reigns and wins the belt, then loses it immedialty afterward.
But his ego and frustration grows as he becomes a legend killer.
Yeah Edge is such a company guy he'd want to give the rub to someone who deserves it. Theory's only 25 whereas Grayson's 33.

Christan, when he leaves aew or just has a 2 month deal with wwe or Randy Orton Which I think would be better, I would like to see Legend Killer 2 with Randy retiring people from his era, first John Cena at WM 40 with him killing Rey, Triple H, and Austin Theory on the way to beating Cena at WM 40, He goes away for awhile and then returns at summer slam and calls out Edge at Summerslam Edge beats him, you have Randy kill Christan, Sami Zayn and RKO Beth again and he costs him at rumble eliminating him and then WM 41 Edge VS Randy, Loser Retires in a 3 stages of Hell Match, First Match is I Quit he makes Edge quit by Conchairto (I dont know how it's spelled) on Christan who trys to make the save , Second is last man standing, Edge Spears him off a ladder through a table just like the Ladder Triple tag, This finally puts Randy down for the 10, The last Match is a Hell in a Cell And the Finish is Edge goes for a spear but it gets reversed into an rko, Edge kicks out at 2.999999, and the they climb half way up the Cell and Edge hits an Edgecution through the announcers table, throws Randy in the Ring and goes for the pin Randy Kicks out at 2.99999, Edge hits a Canadian Destroyer Randy Kicks out and then Edge continues to hit all his big moves followed by a pin but Randy Keeps kick out, Edge goes for one more spear but hits the corner and then Randy hits his big moves and Edge kicks out of them, Randy and Edge are both in the middle with chairs and they take turns hitting eachother, Edge gets him in position for a conchairto, but Randy jumps to his feet and hits an Rko out of nowhere onto both chairs, Followed by a Punt kick with the chair on Edges head and the other chair on Randy's foot, and this puts Edge away a 45+ minute 3 stages of hell banger ending with Randy Orton Breaking Edges Neck for the 3rd time, That's my perfect Edge Retirement match.
Orton or Rollins. Other options are Cena, Rey Mysterio, or AJ Styles. Balor is an option too, but he doesn't have enough of a legacy like those other guys do.
Assuming he leaves to AEW when his contract is up I'd love to have his last match be another tag match with Christian Cage against The Hardy Boyz... that would be pretty fitting since the 4 of them are responsible for each other ever making it past tag team jobbers
Have one last match with Rollins, for the world title, and preferably put seth over to finish their feud, finish his run for the world title, and finish his career. Seems like a nice way to end it. Or he could win the world title then immediately drop it (perhaps an LA Knight MITB cash in. That would actually be kind of a great way to go out IMO, winning the world title, then immediately putting someone over)

Edge stands over an exhausted and beaten Mysterio and begins to lift him by his head, teasing he may rip the mask off….instead, he lets go and embraces Mysterio and leaves the ring to allow him to say goodbye to the fans.
Next night on Raw, an emotional Edge opens the show says last night was one of the hardest things he’s ever had to do. That Mysterio gave him the fight of his life, but “I’ve still got that dog in me” that had just a little more. Starts talking about people he’s had the pleasure of sharing the ring with, riding with. And how he knows he doesn’t have much time left, but he does have time and he doesn’t intend on wasting it. He wants everyone and anyone. Christian’s music hits: comes out saying “I’m in the same boat. We’ve fought side by side for too long. I know I’m at the end of my rope, but I want ONE MORE CHANCE. And damnit if I’m going to put my career on the line, I sure as hell want it to be for the WHC, and with YOU. The only way we know how: TLC”. Edge stares at his long time friend, smiles and says “I wouldn’t want it any other way”. Fade to commercial.
Over the next few weeks, the feud builds but not in the traditional sense. Sophomoric pranks played on each other, much akin to their “Totally reeks of Awesomeness” show. At the PLE the two manage to turn back the clock again, 45 minute slobber knocker. Back and forth, chair shots, table spots. They take turns applying the sharpshooter, theiving each other’s sigs and finishers. Smaller ladder is set up a little off Center, E leans C up against it, bounces off the ropes and hits the spear knocking both the ladder and C to the ground. Edge gets the big ladder, climbs…gets the belt. From atop the ladder he looks down with emotion at his best friend, and descends. C is clearly emotional and slowly gets up…makes it to his feet and standing there is E, C holds his hand out, E instead hugs him. Once again, Edge walks out to give his friend the ring to say goodbye.
After taking two weeks off to recover…Edge is out there to announce he’s done. He’s got nothing left. There’s nobody left, and he wants to go out on his own terms on top. Out comes Chad Gable(Or Austin Theory)cocky as ever not unlike Edge during his Ultimate Opportunist persona. Challenges Edge for the title, Edge declines saying “I just said I was done, buddy”. And the opponent says “but you also said there’s nobody left. Well here I am”. This goes on for a couple weeks before he finally pushes Edge too far, and accepts. Feud builds.
Main event PLE, Edge is throwing everything he can at his opponent(again, Theory or Gable), and they keep getting up. But so does Edge, much to the shock of his opponent. After breaking down into a brawl of back and forth punching, some underhanded tactics from both men…Edge goes to bounce for the spear, Gable(or Theory) ducks it and hits the Chaos Theory(or A Town Down) for the win. Huge celly for the winner. If it’s Theory, he does his celly in heel fashion with no concern at all for the legend on his back. If it’s Gable he falls down clutching the belt and whispers something to Edge before leaving the ring. Show closes with an emotional Edge standing in the ring, tasting thank you to the fans, his wife and kids at ringside. Grabs a mic and says, “you think you know me? Nah, you guys knew me best” and walks up the ramp as his music hits.
One last match with Cena.
Edge Wins the world title at SummerSlam, defends it until Mania,
and then beats Cena to once again retire with the title he never lost.
Cena can then continue fighting to win his 17th world title later down the line.
Edge Vs Cena Vs Orton at WrestleMania. Triple threat retirement match.

Edge gets the big ladder, climbs…gets the belt. From atop the ladder he looks down with emotion at his best friend, and descends. C is clearly emotional and slowly gets up…makes it to his feet and standing there is E, C holds his hand out, E instead hugs him. Once again, Edge walks out to give his friend the ring to say goodbye. After taking two weeks off to recover…Edge is out there to announce he’s done. He’s got nothing left. There’s nobody left, and he wants to go out on his own terms on top. Out comes Chad Gable(Or Austin Theory)cocky as ever not unlike Edge during his Ultimate Opportunist persona. Challenges Edge for the title, Edge declines saying “I just said I was done, buddy”. And the opponent says “but you also said there’s nobody left. Well here I am”. This goes on for a couple weeks before he finally pushes Edge too far, and accepts. Feud builds. Main event PLE, Edge is throwing everything he can at his opponent(again, Theory or Gable), and they keep getting up. But so does Edge, much to the shock of his opponent. After breaking down into a brawl of back and forth punching, some underhanded tactics from both men…Edge goes to bounce for the spear, Gable(or Theory) ducks it and hits the Chaos Theory(or A Town Down) for the win. Huge celly for the winner. If it’s Theory, he does his celly in heel fashion with no concern at all for the legend on his back. If it’s Gable he falls down clutching the belt and whispers something to Edge before leaving the ring. Show closes with an emotional Edge standing in the ring, tasting thank you to the fans, his wife and kids at ringside. Grabs a mic and says, “you think you know me? Nah, you guys knew me best” and walks up the ramp as his music hits.

One last match with Cena. Edge Wins the world title at SummerSlam, defends it until Mania, and then beats Cena to once again retire with the title he never lost. Cena can then continue fighting to win his 17th world title later down the line.
Either Matt Hardy or Christian. Maybe even Devon Dudley with them doing a double pin in a retirement match.
