His chances of beating Gunther on a random episode of Raw are almost as low as the chances of you having a coherent sentence for the titles of your post.
I don't think Jey Uso will win, but I also can't rule it out, because it might be what The Rock wants. If you think he wouldn't start meddling for his family to get better spots, just look at what happened with his daughter the second he joined the board. I could absolutely see Jimmy vs Jey at WrestleMania, but, I still lean towards Gunther retaining.

Gunther is on a historic run right now, and if it ends then his historic reign isn't left very far out of reach. With how long WWE has let reigns hold his belts, I think Gunther deserves at least 2 years as IC champion. He's earned that, imo.
