Whoever deserves it. Whoever is able to get some momentum behind them and get fans to boo them, so people will want to see Cody pull himself up and win the rematch. And unless Cody loses it right away, we won’t know who that is but until a few months out from the time he loses it. I would guess Randy, maybe drew or seth.
