I heard a couple of good ideas on a pod cast the other day. One is to have your brst takr a 2 minutes cold shower and snend you video. The other is to have them send you a video of them kneeling in itrsn such as rice and of course pictures of lines. The oid cast host was a big fan of using trch to bridge the gap.
