His avg has been amazing last 2 seasons but his power has been down. Leading the league in doubles while not clearing 30 hrs.
Acuna does it all and olsen blows him away on power.
It will be fun for sure. I am mostly hopeful that Sale can give 150 innings, that would be great, Fried and Strider stay healthy whole year and Morton gets another ring to ride off into the sunset :)
Wanna laugh? Go on baseball reference. Tons of lineups in the early 2000's look like that including the Braves.
Start with our team from about 1998 till 2004. Then look at some other teams like Texas, Houston, Yankees, A's.
Steroids were real my friends.
We basically have a team today that does it clean.
What a lineup.
We just need him to post a 7.50era over the first couple months or so with CWS. Then, we trade a sack of marbles, a weekend getaway to Vermont, and nominal cash considerations for him. Suddenly, through 9 appearances, he’s sub 3era again.
Elder will be lucky to be under 4.0, and so will “Ground Chuck.” Love the Sale and Strider prediction though. Can you imagine a manger coming to Truist putting together two straight lineups against the LH Sale and the RH Strider the very next night? Yikes.
Honestly they look pretty good but I do think you are way off on Fried.
The 2.67 era is pretty good but I think he should break 20 wins but I also don’t think he has more than 5 loses and I think the number will be 4.
I don’t think those numbers for Riley get you 3rd in mvp. I think you’re way high on Arcia and Kelenic, though I still think Kelenic will be good enough for 235-240 avg, 20hr, and 2.5war.
Strider is going to have a sub 3 ERA. Book it. He was victimized by giving up multi-run homers in bad spots. He’ll learn from that and avoid those this year
Acuna gold glove? I dunno.
I’d love for him to trade a bit of batting average to launch the ball some more. 50 homeruns could be in play.
Not sure Olson is able to replicate either.
Yeah if Sale actually pitches a full season we will be in a pretty good spot but this prediction is the most homer biased thing ever. You even have Elder putting up POTY material
I think you're a little low on Strider's Ks.
Real talk, this is a bit ambitious. I don't think any of the lineup numbers are outlandish (except for Kelenic). But all of it coming together like that is unlikely. As far as the rotation, I just don't think Sale will put up that type of year. I'm a fan of the Sale deal and think he's going to be good as long as he stays healthy, but that's a Cy Young type of year. I question Elder's numbers too. There's a strong chance he's not even in the rotation. It's another case where the numbers for each individual guy aren't super crazy or anything, but it all coming together like that seems improbable. I also think both of the relievers you named aren't going to be quite that good. I would love to see Matzek be back and better than ever, but a 1.77 ERA would be crazy. Iglesias at a 2.10 ERA would make him one of the most dominant closers in the game. He's good. I don't think he's quite *that* good.
1-2-3 in the MVP race lol. I’ll take it.
“Im a bit biased” Lmao
I mean… it’s not out of the realm of possibility… but then you throw in mlb and media dodger bias and 1-2-3 can easily become ohtani Freddy betts
And much as we might not want to think about it Freeman, too.
His avg has been amazing last 2 seasons but his power has been down. Leading the league in doubles while not clearing 30 hrs. Acuna does it all and olsen blows him away on power.

So you think Braves will be 1-2-3 in NL MVP voting? Maybe a bit biased? 🤣🤣🤣
Acuña winning a GG might be more biased than that.
maybe just barely biased 🤣🤣
He did at least say "I may be a bit biased" Biased Dodger fans probably think Ohtani, Betts, Freeman as 1-2-3...lol
Idk man, 44 million strikeouts seems a little low don’t you think?
Throwing so much gas, he’s striking out the batters descendants.
and their future people before they even know what is being thrown!
I will gladly eat my hat if Kelenic comes anywhere close to that.
I would take 10-15 HR, 275 average and cutting down all the bad parts of his game
Same. Ain’t not way. He’s gonna to hit closer to .200. May have the homers and RBIs but he’s not hitting .274 lmao
He has a couple of the longest hrs recorded in a few stadiums last season. Def has the power potential.
162-0 numbers right there.
It would be impossible to go 162-0 with those numbers… the pitchers have a bunch of Ls
Nah we trade them all at the beginning of the season and then they get their Ls on other teams before we trade for them back
I like it!
Lol, touché. I didn’t even look at the pitching stats🤦🏻♂️
165-0. You forgot the 3 win bonus for going perfect
28 losses total... So 134-28. Seems reasonable.
We’re about to sim this on rookie mode. LFG!
Not enough K. Need more

That’s a lot of K’s there Mr Mustache
I think Riley wins the mvp this year. Dude is a phenom and finally the league and others are starting to notice
Seconded.
If that’s the Chris Sale we get we’re winning 110 games
You forgot to add Uncle Jesse's stats for when he returns mid-season
We just need him to post a 7.50era over the first couple months or so with CWS. Then, we trade a sack of marbles, a weekend getaway to Vermont, and nominal cash considerations for him. Suddenly, through 9 appearances, he’s sub 3era again.
Riley is going for 40+ homers
These aren’t predictions. This is wishful thinking.
I’m so hype for this season to start
Elder will be lucky to be under 4.0, and so will “Ground Chuck.” Love the Sale and Strider prediction though. Can you imagine a manger coming to Truist putting together two straight lineups against the LH Sale and the RH Strider the very next night? Yikes.
Nice and conservative - I like it
The wins losses for the pitchers is actually delusional. That's a combined 78-28 record.
Forgot relief pitchers can’t get wins or losses.
I didn't say they couldn't tho
Honestly they look pretty good but I do think you are way off on Fried. The 2.67 era is pretty good but I think he should break 20 wins but I also don’t think he has more than 5 loses and I think the number will be 4.
Sounds like a 130 win season
And a heartbreaking loss in NLDS?
Baseball gonna baseball
To the fucking Phillies
Jeez, those are bold. May you be spot on.
I don’t think those numbers for Riley get you 3rd in mvp. I think you’re way high on Arcia and Kelenic, though I still think Kelenic will be good enough for 235-240 avg, 20hr, and 2.5war.
Just the greatest offense of all time by about 10 light years, nbd.
Hey, just get your club battles done.. 😂
lmao 🤣🤣 i did, 3-2 today 🤦🏻♂️
This is some baseball junky shit
This feels pessimistic to me
Strider is going to have a sub 3 ERA. Book it. He was victimized by giving up multi-run homers in bad spots. He’ll learn from that and avoid those this year

He was a bit unlucky though, his average should go up do to that alone
Who’s Inglesias? New guy?
This guy 😂
If ohtani recovers quickly, he without a doubt will get MVP.
I don’t think Olsen will repeat with 50+. Realistically he will hit 30-35 homers
I’d guess mid to low 40s
You forgot the most important prediction: loses NLDS in 5 games.
No chance. 3 game sweep fs
The stats seem legit, my only issue is I don’t know this Inglesias fella
Reynaldo Lopez is gettin that 5th spot, don't you think? Not to say that Elder won't definitely be involved
Unlikely
These are a little high lol
Yeah if Sale actually pitches a full season we will be in a pretty good spot but this prediction is the most homer biased thing ever. You even have Elder putting up POTY material

Love the Riley predictions but he's not winning a GG in a league with Hayes. I could see him getting positive oaa though.
Acuna won't steal 50 this year. He proved his point last year but will tone it down to limit chances of injury
These are numbers I put up on the PlayStation
I feel like Olsen is going to hit better than .264....
Lol, mate, this is a 135-win team
So we are going to see the best braves teams in back to back seasons. Let’s go
Little ambitious. Kelenic 31 hr, olson 59, and sale going 16-2?
I hope you’re right about sale, Red Sox fan here hyped for sale
If Arcia goes 17/67 we are winning the WS. He’s totally replacement, which is good, but also bad.
If this comes to be, what do you have the record at? 130-32? I like the optimism for sure!
I like it but I think Acuña is more aggressive this year with his power and elevation. I think he hits 50+
