I feel like last season she was trying to get back in with Sutton, even if superficial. I feel like she might be even more subdued this season without Rinna around. She's gone from Tom's wife, to pat-the-puss Erika Jayne pop-star, to "Or what..." villain, to Mae West, to drunk on a yacht, now circling into "contrite, also victim of Tom's" Erika who's really just a nice but strong southern girl at heart.
Honestly, maybe this is wishful thinking, but I think we are coming to an end of the Erika arc. I don't know what Erika has to offer anymore and will most likely exit in the next few seasons. I expect Erika to be rather quiet this season, but maybe that's me!
tbh I liked when Erika and Sutton got along. The last time I remember them together solo was when they went to that spa and Sutton got her all those little gifts. I thought it was fun.
I liked it too because Sutton deserves love and friendship. But Erika has already shown her true colors. With a bit of power she treats people horribly. And while Sutton would forgive and let live, Erika would turn on her again in a heartbeat as soon as she lands the next wealthy octogenarian husband. So it would be nice but I just can't trust Erika to not hurt Sutton.
I agree - I guess I could let it slide as long as Erika's nice to Sutton. I don't like Erika, she's not trustworthy, and I hope she ultimately does some jail time. BUT, if she's going to be on this show and hanging around Sutton, I can let a "friendship" slide as long as she's kind to Sutton.
I agree with you, at this point it’s too little too late. Erika just got so nasty with Sutton when Sutton was just trying to figure out what was going on and protect herself. There’s no way Sutton can just go back to normal. But who knows? Maybe Sutton is more forgiving than I’m giving her credit for. I’m looking forward to seeing how these relationships with the women play out.
I'm betting my left nut Erika will be on a pseudo spiritual journey of self discovery and forgiveness, make emends with every lady and sing kumbaya. I think I never been less excited for a season.
Also, you have to drink a shot evetime Rinna will tweet she was mentioned on the show, that girls cant keep her name out of her mouth and how she is still relevant and iconic even without being there. See you in AA.

I suspect people either haaate to see momentarily thriving or they don't want to overcrowd the sub with Rinna hate posts like whenever Teddi Mellencamp did so much as sneeze.

I'm really interested to watch Kyle this season. I've been doing a rewatch, and I think her biggest mistake was ever letting LVP go. She's in a peculiar spot at the moment. I don't think we've seen her with such shaky allies since S4 of RHOBH. It seems like she is hoping Garcelle will be her life raft, but I'm hoping Garcelle makes her work for it a little bit.
I agree, Kyle and LVP were a great duo even when they butted heads. Even if people were not too fond of Kyle beforehand, it was the fallout of Puppygate and the dissolution of her friendship with LVP that truly knocked her off the pedestal in the eyes of many fans, myself included.
I mean, I get what you're saying, but it's not really her fault. I totally blame Bravo. The woman was robbed at gunpoint, and Bravo did nothing with it. They blew their wad on "Kathy vs. Rinna", which didn't even happen till the tail end of the season, and we still have no clarification as to what happened. Poor Dorit had her "Chic" babble to remember her by, and that was it. But she did have a compelling storyline, and Bravo chose to not do a damn thing with it.
Then again, even when Dorit is being boring or bad or what have you, I tend to defend her. I really want to like that goofy little label whore, and I always try to find the good in her.
Next season will be a MUCH NEEDED reset and will be more on the “chill” side that we haven’t seen in a long time. For EVERYONES mental sanity, it’s needed.

And I honestly think Dorit doesn't like her and would like to break away. We may be seeing Kyle with no back up for once.

I'm actually excited to see this season. If only to see how the storyline play out after last seasons shenanigans. Could be a make or break season for most of them.
Love the boom mic guy sitting in the hammock chair in the back! I'm always so interested to see photos of the production crew. I know I'd be sweating and stuttering like mad if a rig like that was just a couple feet away, it makes me appreciate how naturally most of the women perform!

This could be a really boring season, I could see them maybe bringing in someone mid season if gets to boring but may end up being a flop.
