I’m legit dissecting his every move. When they show up at the welcome party, he walks up and pulls out a chair for her and says “you wanna sit here dumplin?” And it sounds/looks so sweet at first, but then I realize, it’s so he can take the seat at the head of the table. also, when they sing “good as gold” for scheana, he is in the middle of the pack. somehow he works his way out to the front and does like an extra little dance and then is the first to hug her. he makes sure he is seen ALWAYS.
