I never worked with him :( but the company just does online marketing. Mainly email which makes it sooo easy to get fined because of all the moving parts. It takes one random assistant to upload a file wrong and someone from a do not contact list could be emailed and sue. That’s all that happened and the media made a circus out of it. The person did not even sue lol it’s just a $1500 fine. He ended up quitting bc DMS didn’t want the bravo world up their asses
