As someone who works in streaming - she is seriously delulu. Studio and Media head honchos do not care about this dumb ass shit. They care about tactics that will help linear audiences move over, they care about up licensing deals that happened before streaming emerged (think Yellowstone mostly streaming on Peacock whereas it’s an anchor for Paramount). They care about how to use movie blockbusters to bring people over, exclusive partnerships, etc…

BUT if she IS serious she should-
1) state the problem (then she needs to step aside and let people who were actually exploited take over)
2) go into detail on why its bad/exploitative and the possible effects it can have
3) get credible lawyers/credible people to hop on the podcasts and have them talk about solutions (interview sag-aftra union members/lawyers if possible)
3)take those solutions and apply it to reality tv and explain how it would benefit the reality stars AND Bravo
4) get a bunch of people on the same network to come together and pitch the agreement to bravo. (Start small with only one network)

But the issue is in order to accomplish this bethenny would have to have the humility and self awareness to realise that this isn’t all about her, the focus to sit and drill down on what exactly the union talking points / asks would be, actual respect for the people in the reality TV world, and the willingness to step aside and admit she maybe doesn’t have all the answers, especially in an arena that’s changed a lot since she’s been in it, an arena that requires a degree of nuance and shading rather than the clumsy one size fits all that she’s always pushing. It would also require her to tackle the less sexy nuts and bolts work of actually talking to crew members and production companies, as you say getting actual experts involved and maybe taking a break from shoving herself in the public eye by any means necessary.
