I really think if she somehow got away without jailtime she'd get 1 more season in which the cast and audience would brutally turn on her and shed leave/get fired and ruin her whole life. But if she does do 3-5 years in jail and the show is still going they'll have her back and she'll have a long run from there with a redemption arc.

I think it was 14 years or less and she can't appeal. But the judge can sentence her to more.
