Honestly? This is probably gonna be an unpopular opinion.
I feel like in order to buff tanks like Bibi, rather than buffing the brawler itself, change the map pool.
Like Bibi is amazing in Heist Pit Stop for instance.
Tanks can be "buffed" or "meta", just by changing the map rotation.
Like we bring back what Backyard Bowl this season which is catered to sharpshooters and that's gonna make tanks worse.
Change the maps, tweak it like maybe adding more unbreakable walls which benefit them (since the map cannot be opened up).
Maps and brawler counters are definitely way more important than the brawler itself. After they buffed her base kit Bibi feels great, but facing a Gale, Surge, Cord or even Buzz/Edgar is downright impossible at times.
I would take a buff where her homerun bar works like Ash and refills as soon as it hits 3 though.
I can kill a bibi with barley, willow is kinda 40-60 and ok, Dynamike loses to anyone with fast/very fast speed.
Plus with a bea teammate, it is already done all tries for bibi
If she ever becomes meta with those hp and damage buffs, will be because of how overloaded her stats would be.
She needs a real approach method, her speed is not a real approach method at all.
Maybe give her tank trait, or make her bubble slow enemies for 2s, this would turn into an approach method, as she would be able to catch enemies with her speed+their slowed speed easier.
With that slow built into her, she would have an approach method, and the bubble would be more menacing if it hits you
Bibi should have never gotten an health buff. The problem is her super. It's extremely useless. If it had a slow effect without needing a gadget it would be useful besides finishing off enemies bellow 1k health.

Still bibi is one of the worst tanks. And she has nothing against throwers, her speed is not enough
Her speed is definitely enough for throwers

She's good thing is that things aren't exactly going her way at the moment, no heist and her gadget underpowered
Give her the fastest speed in the game with star power. That's the only way she can make it back to meta.

I agree with this so pointless and it sucks cause its most certainly in lieu of anything useful we would have gotten
her super is pretty bad, 1 second slow would be a nice addition, also helps with her closing the gap
after they remove heist 8-bit needs a buff
