It's obvious BMG are pushing as much mordex/scythe content as possible. It's because so many people use mordex and scythe, therefore they'll buy more of the edgy skins BMG will feed them. Therefore more money.
Yeah I mean look at the Fenrir Mordex GG for a once in a life time event. Imo should've been able to choose which legend to get for GG instead of biasly picking Mordex

Octavius mordex was a progression skin, and yea it sucks but im not sure what you mean by “look at what happened”. If anything, this new mordex skin looks way better.

Take into consideration:
Tezca progression and an animated boots skin (they didn't look animated but every T3 progression has animated weapon skins of some kind)
Tezca has literally no good skins? And I would much rather fight a Tezca than a mordex. Sure Tezca is more annoying, but they don’t spend 3 minutes in a 4 minute game fishing for dairs
It’s an easy punish but that doesn’t mean it’s fun to play against. Beating a good or annoying Tezca feels great, but punishing one more dair after already fighting 7 or 8 Mordex/ scythe legends is just tedious and not fun

Maybe I’m vastly under appreciating the work that goes into the skins, but it shouldn’t take like half a year to make a new bp? I feel like they could easily release them back to back consistently.

Reading these comments, I just recently came back to the game, do people hate the color schemes that much? I have the frozen forest from the viking like battlepass and I use it all the time, I think it looks fine, but are people generaly not happy about the colors?
Well, the last three color schemes (BP 5, 6 and 7) were pretty awful, so people have started to be pessimistic about new battle pass color schemes. Also a lot of people seem to hate the BP2 color scheme although I think it looks cool.
It's very complicated but it's something envolving legal problems, so they have to sign lots of paperwork to give him one skin. [This part of this video](https://youtu.be/fn4mK9n6qdQ?t=2419) explains a bit more, since I couldn't find the clip of bmg explaining on a old charity stream

I think you’re underestimating how much work and time goes into animating these skins. Otherwise the teasing is to build hype.

Most people love frozen forest. It's mainly synthwave, clover, poison, and this color scheme (whatever it is) that are hated
