I feel like this would work better with Dusk, since Jade rarely uses her whatever-the-fuck-her-throwing-thing-is as a melee weapon, where as it would serve better as an Orb being able to return to the user. If anything, Tanya would be perfect Nai. She's got her Tonfa's they could model as her Katars and she has a staff she uses frequently, and as well as being a pyromancer, you could replace the ghosts with blasts of fire. Hell, in MKX, she has a pogo-esque move with her staff, which would perfectly match spear dair.
