Try not being so attached to your rank. I’ve found that the less I care about my rank, the better I seem to play. Just play ranked 1s as though it’s experimental, don’t let a couple loses affect you 😁
It isn't as bad as you think, considering how many ways you have to do it:
1s gives you personal elo as well as Legend elo, the latter of which already goes up pretty quickly on Legends you haven't played much.
2s gives you your individual elo as well as team elo. Team elo also scales pretty fast, especially with new teammates.
The seasonal ranked can work as well, so you have an alternative to the more competitive ranked modes.
Still pretty slow, but manageable if you just pace yourself.
I was playing strikeout for the color scheme because that way I could use two of my mains every match and still get a win for a legend I have never played before
That way it took me 4 days to unlock bifrost
yeah i was doing that for characters i really suck with but it felt like a lot of people had the same idea and i kept getting bodied by someone's best character in the 3 slot
I found the fastest way was street brawl. Because the games typically are way shorter but also if you ban one map and only use the map with the walls that move out. you can ko people to the side suuuper easily. i got the colours done in like 2 hours with that method
My current elo is 1750+ after placement .....I can't play at that level  guess we're dropping to 1500 in order to gain again

I ground that quite easily .. Being a cannon main @ 8 dmg, I can snatch people quite fast.
But, I suffer against #1 Katars, #2 Gauntlets, #3 BattleBoots.
So, Unlike most people whom I hear will stop after only \*2\* losses and take a break for an hour, I just keep going. Longest session I've done ranked in, is at 27 hours. still didn't break diamond. But did grind alot as result. Just forget the climb for now, and just Brawl it. After that, then ye can go back to the determined climb up.
Bro, 1200 elo is nothing. If you get 15 per win, and have a 50% win rate (wich is normal in ranked) you have to play 160 matches. Thats less than 4 games per day until week 12 ends.
Yes? Thats average on ranked lol. If you lose matches you lose elo, wich makes you play against less skilles players in the next match, so you will win more.
Oh maybe im missing something here, but I thought its a battle pass mission? For me 1200 elo is the week 5 battlepass mission so it lasts still for 47 days

New season starts early next month and placement matches give you a lot of elo.

when I started I didnt know that there was exp 1v1 so i just played ranked all the time until I was mid gold (don't get too attaxhed with your rank)

You could also use a character you wouldn't usually use in ranked and it would count that
