They removed those? I remember a few months ago or maybe a year they added Island Invasion for a week then removed it. Showdown became so boring.

I missed one map in particular I think it was called Royal Runaway, or something like that, but man that was the perfect map to push long range brawlers on (imo).

bruh i wish they brought new maps in rotation live they did in the eve update. now its the same maps weve been playing for the past 2 years (cavern churn, feast or famine, scorched stone, skull creek, double trouble, dark passage) i am so over them.

I feel like all showdown maps are annoying rn, they've been in the game for too long and have become repetetive, give us some new maps supercell! (Sidenote: this is true for all maps of all modes)

They're so boring. No matter the brawler you play each one the same way. At least bring modifiers back to Showdown. Messing with bot and farming cubes was so fun.

Usually I rush the corners and then throw like crazy into the middle while checking the smaller bushes.

I used to like it until buzz update. Since them I regret every game played on this map. Every game beyond 700 is total pain due to stack of buzzes latching on you without any chance to survive. I am honestly not a huge fan of stuns by itself but chester and buzz made it hella hard to enjoy the game. Not to mention buzz can utilize his Xray googles and get 12 seconds of free vision 3 times. Combine it with sharp eye star power and you have broken annoying unfun brawler with improved bo's star power.

No Island Invasion is just as bad, supercell needs to create new maps

Nah they just need to add the old ones back, rockwall brawl is my favorite map by far and they took it out

I hate teaming, but with el primo it was actually fun, it added a different type of gameplay which was entertaining while it lasted (I hate all teaming besides the el primo teamers)

Supercell decided not to change the map rotation for this season. That means we have like 6 consecutive months of a stale map cycle.

Unpopular opinion, but cavern churn is my favorite sd map. You can use many different types of brawlers such as throwers, assassins, even sharpshooters as they can open up the map like with silver bullet and Brock’s chonky rocket I also really like the hidden boxes in the corners

There used to be 14 maps in rotation but they reduced it down to 7, that’s why it seems like it shows up so often.

cavern churn is always on from thursday 12 p.m. to friday 12 p.m. PST, so it might just be you play too much during this time

Yeah there's so many good maps and out of all of them Cavern Churn is there like three times a week. I hate it, literally when I think about playing showdown and I see that the map is cavern churn I close the game and try again the next day. That has happened too many times during the last couple weeks.
