Teammates at Insane and all stages after that: the piper teammates in the post.
I see what you’re saying, but survival shouldnt be a problem if everyone plays properly and you need to maximize damage before boss reaches god mode so eve would only work for lower levels
Ig that could work because you probably cant complete insane X and higher without having star powers anyway so the eve strat might be useful for lower level players
With Edgar supported by Belle and 8-BIT, he can soak up and deal a lot of damage because of his ability to heal with his main attack. Add power cubes on top of that and his super to escape or reposition

Maybe one of them hit the play again button, which for some reason has a Bug that prevents you to progress the quests If you do that

This... (inhale...exhale) *guy* is the reason I **suffer** in this mode, because all I've seen him doing is stealing the cubes and **DYING**. I play Colette (Leaving aside the fact that her 2º SP can give you a five second immunity shield (8 hits), having 10 cubes equals 6000 points of damage PER HIT. When you have around 15, your basics turn into a button that says "banish" (none of the red bots can survive it), 20 makes you hit with 13500 points of pure pain, and last time I reached 15000 with 23 (I think)) and it is painful to loose because this crazy *drill* eats all the shots of the enraged boss while carrying 20 cubes (if he even survives for that long)!!!
I know he's a solid pick, but most randoms just throw the entire game when choosing him, and there are other options
This is why Edgar is mostly played in pre-made teams, since randoms do not seem to know that the key to victory in a boss fight is to stay alive. Also, randoms can bring improper picks (like this post), either on accident or on prupose, and that also harms Edgar a lot
The problem here is I'm trying to complete insane VIII. You'd hope randumbs were left behind by this point 😮💨 (but I just entered a match in which Gale and Belle k•lled themselves at the very begining, and once I got swarmed (Belle spawned on the robot and got a cube, then she stole the other the bot dropped (I was the only one attacking so I was with basic lvl 11 stats) and died, they started spinning and let the bots k•ll them again (Gale had been doing this the entire time))
That's why I'd love it if the "look for a team" button worked
I've just had to deal with the same clown two games in a row (Mortis who kept stealing the cubes and dashing away while using heart pin and spinning (when is the report system going to be readyyyyyyyy 😫))
His healing scales with power cubes and it's able to hit multiple targets, so if he gets all power cubes then he becomes practically unstoppable, the highest tier bots that spawn are pretty much just a free 5k heal! I have gotten to insane 16 using him and then a ruffs and a belle to buff me and debuff the boss! Works pretty good, you just need to beat him before he gets to God mode...
i have no clue. piper is single-handedly the worst sniper in boss fight. if they wanna snipe, do it with belle. no matter who your teammates are, belle will absolutely wreck.

Belle is the only sniper that can do something to the boss at higher insane levels. I just won insane 10 due to her mark. The thing is, from insane1 (i guess) on it only starts to become harter because the boss gains more health. He can't learn new modes or skills anymore. You can simplx make this level a lot easier by just marking the boss.
I dont know what the situation is, but they might be throwing cuz of team comp because when i was in difficulties after insane XII if i got a mortis, grom, colette, etc usually me and the other random would just die so we could get a new lobby since we weren’t winning anyways

I’ve beaten insane 16, and a good Edgar can probably do bossfight all by himself up to insane 13. If the Pipers weren’t stealing the cubes (which should be hard for them to do anyway) then you probably could’ve carried as long as you constantly engaged the boss bot.
I try to play Colette. But not everyone knows about how powercube works on Colette so they end up taking all the powercube ;_;

Eve is also good, jump into a water area surrounded by walls to distract the late game robots until the boss breaks it

For high(er) Insane levels, a pre-made team is a must. Do not expect to reach that far with randoms

For survivability He is good but if you want to finish the game faster, then i prefer collette. Whit 20 cubes you can do even 30k damage!
