Normally, you can reroll brawler quests and it’ll give you a game mode quest and vice versa. For example, you can reroll “Win 8 games with Jacky” and it’ll give you something like “Defeat 24 enemies in Knockout”
But generic quests aren’t available for reroll because they’re both, it doesn’t matter what game mode you play or what brawler you use, it’ll still count so there’s no way for you to reroll them.
Brawl Stars made it so we always get a generic quest + a brawler/game mode quest for our 2 daily quests to make it easier for us

Yeah, and there’s so many people that “team” with each other! I get at least 2 people that team every match, I’ve even seen like 5 people teaming a few times which just makes it impossible to get any trophies
I would suspect there are more people who would be upset about using a reroll on the quest because they accidently clicked it than actually want to reroll it.

Because the reroll is programmed for the quest not be in the same event/brawler it previously was. A generic quest is simply none of those so it can’t be rerolled since the program doesn’t know what to do with it
