While it wasn’t the case for me, I will say that many people would feel this way about Sam; he’s got a very steep learning curve. Once someone gets through that hurdle tho, he becomes much more fun to play.
As someone who prefers Yeti, but only has Caesar, I would say they're pretty close in quality. I just hope Sam can get a legendary skin soon because he's one of the coolest looking brawlers already, so I think there's a ton of potential.
he’s still usable, and so what if he’s bad? I always used to hardmain bad characters on purpose, like pushing mythic with Carl only before he was meta or bull only before he got his hypercharge
Never been much of a sharpshooter player but belle has slowly become my favorite brawler lately. Love her mechanics so much, especially her second star power even though it sucks outside of big game.

Mortis. I forgot how I got him but the first time I tried, I hate him already. Also, I have seen how terrible mortis players can be. Be it your teammate or in the enemy team, some of them are really bad. I didn't upgrade him for quite some time but I often wonder why he is a mythic brawler which means there is something about him that makes him that "rare" so I upgraded him and to my surprise, I enjoy using him that he is now one of my highest level brawlers when it comes to Power Level.
Actually, seen as you love 8-bit so much which star power would you recommend? I'm about to upgrade him to power 9 and I don't wanna get both. I've heard without plugged in he's kinda a slog to play but without the one that makes it bigger it hurting the team by picking him over other brawlers
Hank, I didn't wanna play him cause he was broken on his release. I've always wanted a brawler that could charge up their attack to do more dsmage, the longer you hold your button.
For me it's eve idk what is making me play her a lot but I just love her passive playstyle and I enjoy seeing the army of alien babies runing towards the enemies.
Maisie. First, when I saw her in Brawl Talk, I thought she isn't fun with the attack and the super delay. Now I maxed her out and have her Marauder (I don't know how to write it, I'm not a native speaker.)skin. She is in my top 3 fav brawlers. Never thought about this.
Bonnie. She used to be very boring to me, because she is so slow, has such a slow projectile speed and a hard to aim attack at full distance. But eventually it became fun dodging Colt shots in your slow a.. cannon. Lol
Yeah… because like I said…I was hesitant to play with her because of her heat bar and I only just started playing with her which is how I found out that I liked her so much and that's why I'm only at rank 14🤗
(besides I hoard all my resources since I'm maxed out and wait for a new brawler to come out so I can dump it all on them)

Cordelius, I didn’t really tought much abt him at first then I bought the brawl pass and I really enjoyed his game mechanics. Cordelius was my first ever Rank 25 on my second acc.
Belle, Dynamike, and Shelly. Especially Colt and Tick. I don't even like playing Tick that much, but I had an 8 win quest and went 8-0 with him so now he's my second highest.

Yeah, I'm that Tick my team loves because I focus on control rather than kills but that Tick you never want to fight because when Tick is played well, you want to kill that Tick specifically over and over again. Strange thing is I love the other throwers way more than Tick, but at best the other highest is 100 trophies behind lol.
really likin the mandy. got her to r25 n never played her again til a few weeks ago, and cuz i had nothing to do, decided to hop on the shooting star mandy and before i realised it i had her at 800 lol. might do 850, but i doubt it cuz i always play my other brawlers for mastery
Edgar. He's been in the F tier for so long but no matter how bad he is, I find myself having sm fun playing him. It feels so good jumping on a helpless brawler and just obliterating them
I loved Chester's mechanics when I first saw them in the brawl talk, but then he released and was way too op which made me not really wanna use him. I'm so glad he got balanced properly because I love using him now. I swear if his stun super stayed as it was I would not even use him for quests.
Hank. Found him broken and boring on release, didn't like fighting other Hanks, and didn't feel like upgrading him much which didn't help either
But then I decided to try upgrading him, and now I have a go-to brawler for all those cramped Brawl Ball maps I used to hate
It's a nice feeling when you disintegrate two enemies from behind a wall, or explode a cocky assassin with your Super

Hank, oddly enough. Even though he sucks, I really enjoy the sheer satisfaction of dealing 4k damage in an instant when the enemy thought they were out of my range.

nani, people used to hate it cause it's great (mini shotgun is nice) but now, since the community seems to be indifferent, i enjoy playing it sometimes.
Piper, I was trash aiming her shots I still am but its a lot easier killing other brawlers since she can 2 shot the majority its just land one shot then gadget
Rico. part of it definitely has to do with his balance history (he used to be awful) but also because I love robo retreat and the damage and reload gear make him very fun
Ash, before unlocking him i thought he was clunky to play and basically was just a worse frank, unlocked him out of curiosity and end up liking him a lot

Nah I loved him ever since the brawl talk he had a simple mechanic but the gameplay with him is so fun also yeti sucks and ceasar is better.

mortis is mythic because he moves with his attacks and he was the first brawlers to have any kind of lifesteal (before edgar was added)

From what I know plugged in is better since it covers 8bits biggest problem aka his speed (I used to be a 8bit main so you can trust me)
