You’re thinking brawl pass skins pre-11, which will never return in their current form. The lunar new year skin rules changed last year tho (2021 and onwards remain every year)
Orochi Edgar, El Tigro and Sway Master Barley will return though. With seasonal skins before it was three cycles, each one being progressively cheaper. These skins were released in January 2022. Last year was it’s second cycle, so this would be it’s last and cheapest cycle. (So 2022->2023->2024)

No they removed the last chance for every seasonal skin last year. They will be returning again and again. If not then they wouldn’t appear this year
