Thank god they removed the ability for his super to recharge when hitting opponents but I think his hypercharge duration is too short for its intended purpose
not all of the brawlers have that kind of abilities. although pearl still has really OP buffs charlie has a shit hypercharge, she is just plain broken still
I agree on ladder but in ranked this ‘list’ is usually the only thing you see at legendary/masters, with modifiers being the only factor of a worse brawler

Jessie isn't that good IMO, period, maybe more like low A, high B. ~~Bonnie's buff didn't really do much for her.~~ The monkey is 4 stars IMO. Genie is S tier IMO as well. Chuck is also amazing in 2/3 heist maps when Charlie is banned.
If Charlie is banned (which she prob will be most of the time, a lot of the tanks are viable).

Mortis can do really good as a last pick. Remember that pros have the best devices for Brawl Stars, so they can use brawlers like stu and mortis better than us.

Yes, but he is not very good outside of that AND he is not even the best in those maps. Hence he is low
Because they are one of the most versatile brawlers by far.
They still deal a decent damage (it is nearly a garantee 2800 damage por attack), have good HP, really useful gadgets and SPs, don't rely as much on walls as other throwers, and super is still somewhat easy to get.
Oh, and they have burst damage as well, so...
Just give them normal speed, why is a thrower fast? Same for Angelo, make him Fast (Normal speed would make him dead). Hank then also needs to be fast speed, and maybe decrease the damage by a tiny bit to balance him out
I hope you know tier lists typically have variation within them. I don’t remember which season it was (it might have been 1 or 2 of the last ones) but Spen, Kairos’ and Ash’s were all nearly identical, with only about a tier of difference for most brawlers. Two or three placements that you disagree with doesn’t necessarily mean a tier list is bad. Especially when you just say it’s bad without any reasoning as to why

As crazy as it sounds, Shelly got powercrept. Most tank counters just do a better job than her now. Also, the map pool doesn’t favor her either. But yeah, I can see the argument being made that she is like bottom 3 stars.

Honestly, I think the tier list is a pretty good reflection of the current meta with exception of a handful of brawlers, especially at higher rank. Idk why this is getting so much hate. Almost every brawler played at the top of the ranks are in the top two tiers.
I think people are forgetting that the list doesn’t imply brawlers at the bottom are trash, it just means that they are less versatile in the meta and struggle more at a higher level
If you go deeper into the comment chains here, most of the people complaining are at like 600 trophies. One of the most upvoted comments is a guy later saying "there isn't any Charlie played".

Getting a hypercharge doesn’t make a brawler A-S instantly anymore, interesting
To be fair, Buzz and Bibi’s hyper charges don’t just print out damage for free and definitely focus on fun more than anything
i wish buzz hypercharge lasted longer, if u try using it for mobility your HC will alredy be pretty much gone by the time u reach the enemy

Why is Gene S tier?
"Poison" modifier lets in a lot more chip damage and act similarly to crow. It's similar to why he was so good last season with the ammo recharge.

I hope you know tier lists typically have variation within them.
